An ideal place thanks to the spacious rooms, its location close to all the main attractions, and above all the great hospitality of the owners, who are attentive to everything at all times. From planning an itinerary for you to preparing dinner at any time of day, they make you feel at home. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The reception staff was really exceptional. We bonded the first minute. The person we loved the most was the Rambo lady.

I had a wonderful stay at Aelia Luxury Suites. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and a great place to relax and enjoy Santorini and the location is very convenient as it is very close to Fira. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist with anything we needed and really made us feel well looked after. Their excellent service and genuine hospitality made a big difference to our experience. I would definitely recommend Aelia Luxury Suites, especially for the fantastic and attentive staff. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

Our stay at Stamatina’s place was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt surrounded by warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. The breakfasts were always delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with a wide variety each day. A special thank you to the lovely Eva — truly a magical girl! She was always kind, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Beautiful both inside and out, she added so much to our experience. The entire team works together like a perfectly tuned mechanism, making everything run smoothly and comfortably. We were especially grateful for the help with car rental, restaurant reservations, and suggestions for local experiences — it made our stay even more relaxed and enjoyable. I’m so happy I chose this place for our holiday. The time flew by, but the memories will stay with us. We will definitely recommend this wonderful home to all our friends and family. The property was clean, modern and great food!

This trip was the best. I went on a solo trip and felt completely safe throughout my stay. The housekeeping was excellent the room was spotless and the room service, including the food, was outstanding. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They even arranged a floating breakfast for me, which made the experience even more special. Eric and Ana were incredibly welcoming. They were attentive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

She assisted me with many different matters during my stay and always made sure everything was taken care of. Her warm attitude and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. The whole place is wonderful. We chose this particular property, because we wanted to take some time to chill and for leisure. The apartments were really nice, we loved the minimalistic design. The pool/bar area is also well thought-out - there’s always places in shade, and places to tan throughout the day there. The coctails and snacks/meals from the pool bar were also tasty. The staff were really caring and nice - helped us with any of the questions we had, and everyone in a good mood at any time of the day. :) There were a lot of options to choose from at breakfast. The beach is a two minuite walk, the water is pretty clear, and we loved the hammocks out there as well. There’s a store nearby, that literally has everything you could need, from snacks to souvenirs. Some nice restaurants are also close by, which I’d recommend. The bus stop is also only a few minuites of walking away.

We are very happy with our stay! The owner was extremely friendly and always made sure we were comfortable — very caring and communicative. The breakfasts were delicious, everything was super clean, and overall, we were absolutely delighted with our experience. Highly recommended!

Great location. It's only 20 minutes away from the capital, easy to get around by bus or rental. Peaceful and relaxing time. Host was very friendly and easy to get in touch with for any questions or advice. Pool cleaner Ben really nice guy, gave us tips on places to go and eat out. If you are looking for a peaceful holiday then would definitely recommend.

Nice villa, great pool. The 3 bathrooms have been really useful for 6 people. The host was really nice, reacted very quickly to our requests. I can only recommend it.

The property was lovely inside and out, perfect for 8 of us and the view was stunning! The host was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. She helped to arrange transport for us daily and answered all of our questions. I’d recommend Cave Sand to anyone staying in Santorini!

Villa was excellent having a private pool was bonus

The host Egzim was absolutely fantastic. He treated us like his own family. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he looked after us very well even providing us with free transport when a problem arose. Manos met us at the airport and arranged a Catamaran trip for us. Everything was very smooth and he was only a phone call away if we needed anything.

We spent a wonderful week at Almyriki Beach Villa, and it was truly a dream stay! The villa is in a perfect location for anyone looking for peace, relaxation, and a more tranquil side of Santorini, away from the busy tourist areas. One of our favourite things was the beautiful, long seaside promenade, perfect for early morning runs or peaceful walks at sunrise. There is something truly magical about starting the day by the sea, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and the beauty of the island as the sun rises. A very special thank you to our wonderful host, Marina, who made our stay even more enjoyable and completely stress-free. She kindly helped us arrange a rental car, a sunset cruise, and our airport transfer, and provided us with all the information and recommendations we needed to explore the area with ease. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The villa offers the perfect balance of comfort, tranquillity, and an excellent location for discovering Santorini at your own pace. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend a week on this beautiful island. We leave with beautiful memories of a truly unforgettable holiday and would happily return. Very lovely villa on the sea side of Monolithos. Mary has been a perfect host and always available for our questions.

Very good property to host up to 12 people, There are 2 connected villas with 6 rooms. The property is full equipped. Ms Vera, the host, was always very kind and supportive whenever we asked something. The supermarkets are 10 min away by car. This is a very nice place to relax and disconnect from everything. Totally recommend it.
