Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property is fairly new and very well maintained. The pool is very claen and nice to swim in. The reception staff is very polite and welcoming. Location of the property is good, it is around 300 meters from the beach and the coastal street with all the restaurants, supermarkets and sunbeds. It takes you around 5 minutes max to reach it by foot. We came with our car but preferred to walk to there since it was so close. The parking was super for the facility. It is private and has shade tents for the cars. It has an automatic sliding door, so you don't need to worry about your vehicle. Our room was the two floor suite, it is very nice and modern, it has an equipped kitchen, which we used a few times to cook. The style of the suite is modern and very chique. It was very quite, there was no noise, and overall we mamaged to rest very well there.

The owners of Villa Askamnya are very nice and involved. They have a garden full of olive trees, figs and leanders. I think the swimming pools will be a great attraction, they were still working on some places, but everything was functional. The breakfast was generous, with many fresh fruits from the own garden. The beach is close.

The Owner was very nice and very helpful. The facility is very thoughtfully designed. Very clean everywhere. comfortable conditions for families with children. Close to the shop and bakery. close to the beach. The swimming pool is very well-kept. I highly recommend this appartments to everyone!!

The location is very good for families with children, as there is an open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so all three meals can be covered at the location. Also, there is a swimming pool for adults and children, and beachfront with enough space for a large number of persons (hotel clients, of course). So you can spend a full day in there and not getting bored (or children).

Everything was considered in the house. Beds and pillows are great. All furnitures were new. Swimming pool was clean and nice. Each room has own air conditioning. City centre and supermarkets are really closed to the house.. there was a park for kids. Beaches of sithonia was awesome.

The hosts of the villa are extraordinary people, you have all the facilities here, a great swimming pool, barbeque area, very well equipped rooms. If it was positioned closer to the center of the Nikiti it would be even better, it is 2 km to the center/port of from the villa , it is 800m to the sea, but here the beach is not organized you have to go 2 km which is not to much but you have to go up and down a little
