The villa is gorgeous, it has everything you need for a great vacation. Nice, calm location, amazing view, beautiful garden, amazing facilities (grill, table tenis, swimming pool). A truly wonderful experience – highly recommended! My wife and I stayed at Limni Boutique Resort for one night, and from the moment we arrived we felt genuinely welcomed. We were warmly greeted by Theodor and Helena, who immediately made us feel at home. We came to celebrate my 50th birthday, and after welcoming us with such kindness and a big smile, they surprised me in the room with an amazing birthday cake, ice cream, fresh fruit, a candle and a sparkler, prepared by the hotel’s chef. They even sang “Happy Birthday” to me. I was truly touched by this thoughtful and unforgettable gesture. This is just one example of the exceptional care and attention we received from the wonderful team. Kiki was also amazing, keeping in touch with us before and during our stay and making sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself is charming, spotless, beautifully located, and has a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, the beach is right there, and it is conveniently close to all the lovely restaurants. Limni is a magical little place. Don’t hesitate — this is a perfect boutique hotel with amazing people who truly care about their guests. We would love to come back!

Our two-week stay at Seaside Village in Evia was simply unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The property is brand new, sparkling clean, and incredibly spacious. It’s spread over two floors, with two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen that felt like home. We were welcomed with thoughtful snacks and breakfast essentials, which was such a lovely touch, especially after arriving late. Not having to run out for groceries right away was such a relief, and it made settling in that much easier. What truly made this place stand out for us was the privacy and tranquility. If you're a family or a couple looking to escape the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect spot. It’s peaceful, secluded, and you really feel like you’re away from it all. We loved how private it was – the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were incredible, always warm and welcoming. We really enjoyed chatting with them during our stay, and their kindness made us feel even more at home. We’re already missing the wonderful people and this beautiful place. A wonderful, well-appointed place. Spacious room, comfortable beds. There were two sets of pillows to choose from: high and low. One sheet for each person, with one large one for two. Shampoo. The pool is open on schedule, it is not noisy during the day and evening. It is pleasant to have dinner or drink coffee on the terrace, it is very beautiful and peaceful. The sea is warm in the large bay. The beach is made of small smooth black pebbles, very similar to sand, so small. They are very nice, people on the beach lie on them and warm themselves, bury themselves in them. Regarding the road, we conveniently got from Athens to Psakhna by bus. The ticket is 9.10 euros. Then we bought some groceries at the supermarket and across the bridge opposite the supermarket there is a taxi stand, they took us to Limnionas for 50 euros. If you contact the owner, you can arrange a transfer from Psakhna or Chalkida in advance, it will be cheaper. We used the taxi offered by the owner on the way back. Moreover, the road is steep and winding, an hour's journey, the driver was very careful, the trip was more comfortable than the first. The owner is friendly, always ready to help, speaks English. We had a late check-out, we vacated the room, but we were allowed to stay by the pool. There are many taverns in the area, they feed deliciously, for three the average bill without alcohol is 25-35 euros. There are no shops. But on weekends the village becomes more crowded and even a mobile shop arrived, you could buy goods, watermelons.
