The villa is perfect, all the amenities you need. A great sized pool, sunbeds, pool towels, outdoor shower, BBQ and a hammock for a morning swing! The villa itself had 3 great sized rooms where one of the rooms has view of the pool. We were 3 adults and one of the rooms might be tailored more to children but it worked for us. The villa was extremely clean, wardrobes to stay organised and even a sewing kit for any mishaps! We had fresh linens brought half way through our stay (we stayed for a week) and A/C in every room. The attention to detail was perfect. Kitchen utensils were fully stocked and there was olive oil! Susan was a fantastic, attentive, helpful host ready to help and give guidance when asked. The location is great only 15mins from Zante town, 30minutes from Climati beach (gorgeous beach) 35-40minutes from agios nikolaos port, 35 minutes to Keri or 5mins to Tsilivi beach (all by car). There is a beach 10min walking distance but not a notable one. We didn't have a car for the first half but made it work with taxis which were c.10euro to tsilivi centre and 55euro to climati beach. We walked a couple nights further down through Tragaki and rented a car and booked some tours.

We travelled as a group of friends and had the best possible stay ever! The villa was everything we had expected and more. The house was clean, very well equipped and it immediately felt like home. The house and surrounding outdoor space is very well planned and we opted for hanging by the pool over the sea multiple days. The host was super helpful with anything from helping to book taxis to recommendations for where to rent boats etc. The lady who came to clean the villa was so sweet and always left the house in perfect condition. There was nothing we could complain about or even be a little bit annoyed by, it is simply perfect! We cannot recommend this villa enough and will tell all of our friends and family about it!

This is one of those very special places you immediately feel at home and never want to leave. Just truly all around a fantastic experience and exceptionally beautiful - the villas, the outdoor lounge areas and of course the beautiful sea and beaches. The pictures do not do it justice, because it is even more beautiful in person. Everything exceeded my expectations. I was so sad to leave. And actually ended up returning while on the same trip to stay here additional nights because it was just that special. Antonia is a fabulous host, so kind and will take excellent care of you. I already look forward to returning next summer!!

Charming peaceful property of 5 cottages surrounding a small swimming pool, which many days we had completely to ourselves. Owners also live on site, and are very accessible for any problems or questions during your stay. Beautiful gardens and owners’ vineyards surrounding the cottages, and there was always a nice breeze, and lots of shade. Very practical location close to airport (10 min drive) and grocery store (5 min drive), and central for exploring all sides of the island. Makis and his wife take great pride and attention to their property and they are extremely kind and helpful; Makis also speaks basic English. We had many interactions and they always had a solution and a smile to share. Waiting inside the cottage upon arrival were breakfast snacks, bananas, juice and bottled water in the fridge, and a bottle of white wine from his property (which was delicious!) There is a small swingset for young children, hammocks for lounging, and little seating areas around the pool for you to enjoy time outdoors. Also an old dog and cat roaming, which my kids adored. Our children loved swimming each day, the pool has plenty of space for everyone and lots of loungers with shade surrounding the pool, and a pool raft to play with. Covered parking stalls were much appreciated to keep our car cool. The cottages are immaculately cleaned, and we never encountered bugs or mosquitoes. Although the cottages are older, the AC units in our cottage were new and worked great, the cottages are very well insulated and oftentimes we didn’t even need them turned on despite the 40 degree summer temperatures. Makis also kindly let us borrow his microwave and an oscillating fan during our stay. Since we were a family of 5 (kids aged 9/11/13), there weren’t enough separate beds so our youngest slept on the couch (Makis provided all the necessary bedding). Washing machine worked great, lots of clothes lines for drying.
