Hotels with Pools in Zipárion

Whole experience was amazing, especially the waiter who was working during breakfast and lunch with short hair and a beard who is trying his best to chat a bit with everyone in their language!

The hotel was beautiful and the food amazing.

The Staff were friendly, the food was great and the property was in excellent condition.

Staff are very nice and friendly!

Clean, well maintained, the staff was super helpful and friendly

The rooms and facilities were excellent. Also staff were very helpful. Also the location is very good, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, public transport and the beach.

The pool and rooftop were really nice. Also Nikos was very helpful.

The property is beautiful, such an amazing villa to stay with a family. Stunning seaview, very relaxing and peaceful location close to the sea. The pool and garden area is fantastic and very clean. Property has a private parking area which was very convenient for us with a rented car. Host was always helpful to us.

We had a fantastic stay at Xenos Villa! It was wonderful that our entire group could stay together, with the convenience of having beautiful villas right next to each other. The villas are brand new, with modern amenities and a fresh, luxurious feel. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. The location is perfect – just a short distance from the village and within easy reach of the sea, making it ideal for both relaxation and exploration. Highly recommended for groups looking for a stylish and comfortable stay!

The villa was very clean and well maintained. We were welcomed by Nikos who was friendly and very helpful. We had a couple of minor issues (the safe and aircon) but they were dealt with quickly. The pool was excellent, cleaned every day.

we stayed in Xenos Villa 6 as a group of 4 . There were three double bedrooms and a twin so plenty of accommodation. On arrival we were greeted by the owner who showed us around and made us most welcome. There was a welcome pack of fruit and essentials such as milk, butter, tea, coffee and other essentials. The villa is of 5* standard, furnished and decorated to a very high standard. There were ample bathrooms . The outside area was of a generous size with a big pool and plenty of chairs and loungers. The sea views were outstanding. The owners, who live next door were very helpful, even to the extent of giving us a lift to the supermarket! I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa either to a family or group. I would certainly return if I was to visit Kos again. Congratulations to the owners for providing outstanding accommodation.

We stayed for 5 nights and wish we had more. The villa is stunning. Well catered from kitchen to bathroom. Bedroom are large with nig wardrobes. We were able to use the washing machine so all our washing was done before we got back to the UK. The pool area was really clean and well maintained. George and Christina are fabulous hosts, they had left a welcome pack for us which included, bread, margarine, juice, wine. This was so nice of them. There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk so that was really handy. We hired a car, which is a must if you want to explore the island. We also used the local bus to get to Kos on a couple of nights. The bus stop is about 7 minutes walk from the villa. We loved every minute of our stay and have already recommended it to friends!!

The villa was out standing. You could not ask for more

The villa was modern and comfortable beds luxury the pool on the night with lights on was great. And the sunset on the balcony was breathtaking even from the hotub. The owers of the villa was amazing few issues but soon resolved and was so welcoming the filoxenia team was great communication and super helpful . Was a lovely stay and definitely recommend

Everything was perfect! The host was in contact with us before our arrival until our departure. When we came we received a list of recommended places where to go, what to see where to eat and what to do on the island. The villa as well as area around the pool and pool itself are very clean. The location is perfect, small village Tigaki is just 5minutes away by bikes which we rented thanks to the host. We took the car for one day, the main city Kos is just 15minutes from the villa and the last village on the island, Kefalos, around half an hour way. We couldn't have dreamed of a better holidays for our family. We highly recommend it for everyone!

We had an amazing stay in Xenos Villa 2. The host answered all our questions and was very helpful, thank you for that! Villa is beautiful, clean and big, there are 5 separate bedrooms which was perfect for our family. The environment, private pool with fresh water and palm trees around the pool stole our hearts! The location was very convenient for us. Our stay was AMAZING! We highly recommend it!
