Seems to be pretty new apartment. Great location, close to beaches and city center. Spacious balcony and beautiful view from it to the sea. Good AC, apartment stayed quite cool even without AC. Very nice pool (if you are lucky you can be alone there). Contactless check in and check out. The apartment has a designated parking space.

We stayed at Apartments Nika in October and had a great holiday with our two year old daughter. The apartment was perfect, well equipped for cooking purposes with all the amenities you need. Sabina offered us a high chair, and a cot bed was available too. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped with multiple towels, including pool towels, too. The apartment is a 15 min walk down to the main area of Primošten or 10 mins down to the beach. The apartment is in a quiet area, and we slept peacefully there. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some sweets, which was a lovely touch. We were made to feel very welcome. October was a great time to visit, and the weather was a good temperature (23/4 degrees) with a young child, and we were able to swim in the sea. We found two playgrounds down in the main area of Primošten. Fully recommend both Apartments Nika and Primošten.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thank you for the wonderful stay at your hotel! Super room 👍, the hotel is absolutely new, with new renovations and furniture - everything is magnificent. Very spacious apartments 🏨, and the pool is just huge 🏊‍♂️. A big thank you for the panoramic windows overlooking the pool - waking up and seeing such a view is pure pleasure. Sun loungers by the pool and on the roof of the hotel 🌞 added comfort to our rest. And of course, the beautiful sea view 🌊 from the roof is just amazing! We highly recommend your hotel

The apartment has stunning views of the bay, with a large balcony with electric awning and comfy seating. The Apartment had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast each morning in the apartment. Extremely peaceful in and around the apartment. Teo was very helpful and made himself available for any queries we had on local amenities. The pool area overlooks the bay, the pool is very clean and perfect temperature, it has a useful seating ledge to enjoy a sit in the water. Crystal clear sea which is perfect for swimming & snorkelling. We enjoyed sunbathing each day by the pool on comfy sunbeds overlooking the bay. Plenty of sunbeds. The games room was also really nice, we enjoyed playing pool in there and listening to music. We took the taxi boat into Rogoznica and had cocktails and dinner there where there are a lot of bars & restaurants to choose from. Our favourite restaurant was by our apartment Horizont, with a huge choice of menu and local dishes and very attentive staff. The views from the restaurant are also incredible and perfect place to see the sun set. There are a few restaurants in the resort, we didn’t visit them all, Teo recommended a pizza place which had a wood fired pizza oven. We ate lunch and had drinks in Error bar located on the sea front, which had a real natural charm. A perfect relaxing break.

This place was our best spot in all of croatia, the host is nice and gave helpful tips, breakfast cooked and served fresh, was delicious, homemade jams included, eggs, fresh baked bread etc. The sea view room we had is even more beautiful in person, the window is large the patio is nice and the rooftop terrace is so comfortable, beautiful pool, nice loungers, nice turf. Everything was just the best, the small town was good too.. restaurants are good and within walking distance, nice beach bars and nice little beaches.. swans swimming all around the bay, would have loved to stay longer !÷=

    Good stay. A bit outdated, but clean apartment. There is a lot of place outside with perfect swimming pool. Smaller apartment has single bed and a double bed (good for 3 people, but can be too small for a family 2+2)

    The apartment was in a great location just a few mins walk to everything. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed. Shower was great, kitchen was well equipped and the free coffee on the landing was a nice touch. There is a small outdoor and indoor pool plus a sauna (we used only the outdoor pool). a/c worked well.

    We had a great time spent in their apartment. It was nice, cozy, clean and well organized. We had the best view in all house (if you go there ask for apartment number II ;) Really good equipment, washing machine which was really helpful.
