Beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the lake. Quiet and clean. A bit further out Killarney, but that’s what we wanted. The offered us a complimentary room upgrade so we ended up staying in a garden view suite. They offered a complimentary use of the thermal suite as well and we used the swimming pool. Everything was clean, accessible and comfortable. The staff were always happy to help and everything seemed to work seamlessly. The breakfast was very good with cooked and continental options both offered

Everything! The refreshing punch on arrival was very appreciated on a very warm day. The location of the hotel is so central, breakfast just gorgeous and loved the grounds. We had great fun with the giant chessboard and rings in the garden and the pool with jacuzzi a perfect way to start the day. The staff were very welcoming, nothing too much trouble. We were celebrating my parents birthdays and a medley of desserts was a lovely surprise in their bedroom.

It was very nice and had everything you needed. The pool and leisure facilities were great. The rooms very comfortable and all the hotel spaces such as the Library and various lounges were ideal for relaxing and well set out. We ate in the bar which was very good. We were a family of 4 adults and it was perfect for us. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The nice touch of putting a bookmark in my bedside novel was very much appreciated. The hotel library was excellent.

I found the room great and spacious. We stayed in the superior family room. I message the hotel that we had children with dust allergies and they provide us a room with little to no carpeted floor. The room was spotless. The pool was great and kids enjoyed. Although the booking for pool time is an hour per room you can book many times you want. Very close to the town and many restaurants. Reception always very friendly.

It’s a great location to stay in Killarney being in apartment and yet have access to all of the 7 start hotel facilities is a great value. Being in an apartment gives full freedom and a feel at home but as this is linked to hotel you have easy paid access to morning breakfast, swim, restaurants Highly recommend
