The friendliness of the reception staff is outstanding. They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I requested a check-in between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and my request was promptly attended to. I would also like to highlight their patience in understanding my English, which I do not speak very fluently. The accommodations are exceptional and feel more like a four-star hotel room than student housing. It is hard to believe that this level of accommodation is provided to students. Compared to many other places around the world, the students here are truly privileged. The shared kitchen is also excellent, featuring a washing machine (it spins clothes but does not dry them), a coffee station with unlimited coffee, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a beautiful shared living room. The university campus itself is stunning. It is a wonderful place for long-distance running while enjoying the surrounding nature. Other facilities, such as the swimming pool and gym, are available for an additional fee (around €10 per day). Congratulations to everyone involved for maintaining such a high standard. I had a fantastic experience.

We visited the hotel to celebrate Valentine’s Day and everything was wonderful. The atmosphere and overall experience were great. We only experienced a short wait during dinner, but when we mentioned it to the staff at check-out the next day, they handled it very professionally and sincerely apologized. We really appreciated their understanding and quick action. Definitely recommended, we would happily visit again!

Beautiful large room with good quality furnishings, large bathroom with shower and separate bath, walk in robe with hair dryer and straightener, good breakfast & dinner, friendly helpful staff, good to have access to Spa. Small issue with room was fixed quickly.

It was serene, peaceful and grounding. Plenty of amenities and a fabulous property all in all. The artwork was intrinsic and the host Damien was perfect. Theres are hottub, pool, suana. The bed is super comfy, heated toilet and a bidet a luxurious addition. I've no complaints at all!
