The hotel is an easy walk to most students' accommodation which we prefer since our daughter is staying nearby. The staff are very kind and accommodating. Checking in and out is fast and effecient. We came early and were allowed to check in immediately without any additional charges. The hotel has a great ambience ; almost classic and timeless. The bedroom is spacious and well equipped; from air-con and heater to bathrobes and slippers. The beds and pillows are very comfy. Love the fact that the pillows are longer and bigger than the standard sized ones. Bathroom is huge and beautiful. Love it! A good supply of complimentary drinks that include bottles of spring water, capsules and instant coffee and tea. Breakfast is generous and vegan food is available when requested. There's nothing that we didn't like about the hotel. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, perfectly clean, and fairly well equipped, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen also included basic essentials such as salt, pepper, tea, milk, butter and coffee. The location is excellent, close to the national park. A nice bonus was the hotel shuttle service to the city and train station.

Cork was a great city.

Cork was a great city. We especially enjoyed the large pedestrian area with historic buildings, shops, pubs. It was also a good departure point for the Southwest Coast area, especially for those who, like us, were relying on public transportation and/or guided bus day tours rather than a rental car to get to the coast.

Dingle is a magnificent town to visit, the place is extremely beautiful and is exactly how you might picture a medium sized Irish town. It is buzzing with tourists and the pubs are sensible enough to offer tourists what they are looking for, i.e. music sessions reasonably early in the evening. We visited Foxy Johns and Dick Macs. For food we went to Little Italy where I can highly recommend the carbonara.

Forgot my jacket in the pub stayin at your hotel. The ladies in the reception just said no we have not found anything. A gentle man from the restaurant helped me and called the once responsible and problem was solved. So bad service, very expensive and from the reception, if I was a owner I would fire every one of them

A mix of good food, loud pubs and a disappointing harbor. The cliffs just outside of town are fantastic, could have spent all day watching the waves crash and the seabirds fly. So much "off the beaten track" wonders within an hours drive. Well worth a visit. It isn't really a quiet little town but its quaint and colorful. A few too many tourists for my taste.

We used Tralee as a base to visit the 'Ring of Kerry' , basically a day trip (self drive) which was great despite a rainy day. Next day was another self drive to the Dingle peninsula in much better weather. It was a grand experience. Tralee itself is a very pretty place to visit with a further variety of things to do and see.

Cobh is a beautiful place with a relaxed atmosphere. The houses are beautifully coloured in different colours…a bit like the tv show Balamory. People are very friendly & helpful. We loved the Cobh Heritage Centre, where we were able to find our Mum’s passenger details from over 50 years ago.

Beautiful lahinch and lovely people. Signage could be more useful about the dangers of the slipway when big surges are coming up there. We ate at the ‘Cornerstone’ pub. Best chowder and great Guinness. In general accommodation and food is expensive for average families . But we absolutely love lahinch and all of west Clare.
