We chose this hotel for our honeymoon last Friday and Saturday and it exceeded every expectation. The staff surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a generous and thoughtful touch. The room was gorgeous, the service impeccable, and we truly felt cared for throughout our stay. We also booked in for 2 full body massages and it was the best experience!Thank you for helping make our honeymoon so special—we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We look forward to returning.

Beautiful space, we only stayed one night but we wish we could have stayed longer. It had even more amenities than you usually find at a hotel (e.g. board games, picnic blankets, and even a nespresso machine)! Very clean kitchen and bathroom, comfy bed, very spacious. We wish that we had time to use the bbq and heated outdoor area. The staff were very communicative before and during arrival. This has converted me to a glamping enthusiast!

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. It was spacious, perfectly clean, and fairly well equipped, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen also included basic essentials such as salt, pepper, tea, milk, butter and coffee. The location is excellent, close to the national park. A nice bonus was the hotel shuttle service to the city and train station.

Cork was a great city.

Cork was a great city. We especially enjoyed the large pedestrian area with historic buildings, shops, pubs. It was also a good departure point for the Southwest Coast area, especially for those who, like us, were relying on public transportation and/or guided bus day tours rather than a rental car to get to the coast.

I think we stayed 3 days in this area.

I think we stayed 3 days in this area. From Killarney we explored the cliffs of Mohar and then the Circle of Kerry. We should have had a 4th full day so that we could explore the park a bit more. I never even saw the Blarney Stone. The Crag Cave just a short drive away was LOVELY and worth the entrance fee.

Dingle was beautiful. Colourful and friendly. 27 bars! What's not to like? We drove to Dingle, parked and left our car for several days in a free car park next to a church, so we could walk the Kerry Camino. We had a bit of a nosy around and a drink before catching a bus to Tralee. Arriving back in Dingle upon completing the Kerry Camino, our car was still there and intact. We found everyone to be very friendly, helpful, wand welcoming. We managed to see some of the Dingle Peninsula and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Dingle to anyone. Truly wonderful.

Forgot my jacket in the pub stayin at your hotel. The ladies in the reception just said no we have not found anything. A gentle man from the restaurant helped me and called the once responsible and problem was solved. So bad service, very expensive and from the reception, if I was a owner I would fire every one of them

Unfortunately, we did not get to explore much of the town and its shops outside of the pubs at night for dinner. When we arrived, we went straight to the Cliffs of Moher, which were absolutely stunning. We then had dinner at Gus O’Connor’s Pub, which was excellent, and later went down to the pier to see where we would be taking the ferry the next morning. The following day, we spent the entire day on Inis Mór in the Aran Islands, which was absolutely worth the visit. I would highly recommend taking a horse and buggy tour with Thomas Faherty Tours. Thomas was great, and it was a wonderful way to see the island. Be sure to visit the Wormhole, which is very unique, but honestly the entire coastal scenery along the way is breathtaking. After returning, we enjoyed a Wild Atlantic Seaweed Bath, which I would highly recommend, and then had dinner at McGann’s Pub, which was also excellent and had the best burger I have ever had. We left the next day for Killarney, but we absolutely loved the entire area and our stay in Doolin.

Kinsale is a beautiful town, with a great variety of restaurants, bars and attractions. We were there for 3.5 days and wish we were there longer. We will definitely return. We visited the Old Head signal tower, using the 253 bus from Kinsale. Very interesting museum. We walked along the Scilly walk to the Charles Fort which was wonderful, you could spend many hours there and take a picnic. Many walks we need to do.

We used Tralee as a base to visit the 'Ring of Kerry' , basically a day trip (self drive) which was great despite a rainy day. Next day was another self drive to the Dingle peninsula in much better weather. It was a grand experience. Tralee itself is a very pretty place to visit with a further variety of things to do and see.

Cobh is a pretty seaside port town and definitely worth a visit. It is very hilly so be prepared if not staying at the bottom for some aching legs. We booked Spike Island which is a great visit and worth the money. There is much more to do in Cobh but we had planned to explore more. St Colmans Cathedral - stunning Make sure to go to the Roaring Donkey Pub but the hill climb is a killer….. but worth it. The u is a real gem. Fabulous staff, welcoming and friendly and the locals helped us with transport advice. Cobh connect bus runs frequently and has an app for timetables etc. Train from cork city to Cobh was about €3 or €4. We liked the pub atmosphere so much we didn’t go to any other pubs but there were a few. Lots to do and local buses and trains run regularly. However, we hired a car as wanted to explore more than cork city itself. I would def recommend Cobh as a base if wanting to drive about exploring. We drove to… Midleton - ate at Leonardos which was recommended by a local. Great food and reasonable. Ballycotton - beautiful village, fabulous cliff walk and a fair few eateries. We ate at Schooner Pub. Lovely landlady. Sunday lunch was amazing. Others with us ate fish & chips. Fresh caught fish and massive. Kinsale - my fav town. Beautiful, so much to see. Great eateries and reasonable. Will def go back here Drove to Head of Kinsale. Amazing views. Sandy Cove - beautiful and safe to swim Cork City- limited time here as had a concert but The English Market is a must as is Mariners Market (delicious Lobster open sandwich)
