Beautiful Charm, Location, Size of Rooms, Friendly Staff and very comfortable beds

Lovely hotel me and my husband and kids stayed there and the hotel and staff were very kid friendly which some hotels are not very reasonable price for superior family room 259 where other places were between 500 and 600 would definitely recommend this hotel for price and family stays

Clean spacious everything worked as it should

Everything was amazing!! It exceeded my expectations The staff was friendly and welcoming, specially Brian at the front desk on Power in the fitness center. The room was perfect, I loved the design and all vintage furniture. But the best is the relaxation indoor pool, sauna and steam room.. I just loved. And the best food with the most amazing view of Cork can be found at Sophie s Roof Restaurant. Definitely, The Dean made Christmas season exceptional for my staycation.

Very comfortable room, place looks nice in and out, perfect location, great possibility to park in Park Rite Cruises Street car park which is right next to the townhouse. Since we stayed there on a Wednesday, didn't have any noise outside that would have disturbed our sleep. Very sweet and helpful receptionist. :) Very tasty Irish breakfast.

Friendly staff,comfortable surroundings and excellent food

We booked a room For 6 people. We arrived and due to not great reviews they had changed our room. Gave us vouchers to use in their bar and restaurant. They didn’t need to but they did. We had the best meal I. Their restaurant. If we make it back I would definitely stay here again.

Live the free parking The room we stayed was spacious with 2 lounge and armchair. Very spacious toilet bath and a walkin shower. Coffee machine & coffee. Tea & coffee plus biscuits too. Very comfortable bed. Lots of nice white towels. Dressing room has a portable fan, iron and ironing board. We enjoyed our stay here.

Customer service was very welcoming and helpful. They kindly stored our tupperware in the kitchen fridge and extended our checkout time without hesitation. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and we loved the blackout blinds. We used the gym and saunas which were well kept, clean and relaxing. We appreciated that this was included in our stay and not at an extra cost. We are so glad we paid a bit extra for breakfast, as it was delicious and plentiful. We also had dinner there that night which was exceptional and with a great view of the city.

We only booked room but were offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was absolutely beautiful
