A very nice place - both the apartment and the pool area and the garden. Gives that luxury feeling. The staff was excellent. The surroundings were charming.

Amazing location with a 5 minutes walk to a supermarket with a great selection of fresh sea food, meat, bakery, etc. This place wasn't crowded, and we always had a sunbed for 4 of us. The swimming pool is very big. We had to wear a swimming hat, but honestly, it was so much more comfortable when we were having fun in the pool. Private access to Lake Garda with an amazing pier.

A very pleasant place with a lovely swimming pool and garden. The apartment is very spacious and clean, and the air conditioning works perfectly, with separate units in each bedroom as well as in the living room. The whole complex is kept very clean and has great potential. The parking area is large and very convenient, and there is a beautiful view from the pool area, which is also a lovely place to relax. There is a large supermarket nearby – not really within a short walking distance, but very convenient by car. There is also a great pizzeria, Valtenesi, nearby, which we definitely recommend. And make sure to try the ice cream at Hakuna Matata! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place. You won't regret choosing it!

This resort is immaculately renovated and has a unique charm. We could not fault this place. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. The pool area is large with plenty of sun loungers. The apartment (3-bed) was very spacious, modern, high quality and extremely clean, perfect for our families visit. Communication before arrival was great and staff on site were very hospitable. Location is out of the way so a car is required for any immediate amenities.

I loved my stay in Villa Gaia. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast very tasty and the grounds with the pool excellent for a relaxing stay. Most of all the kind hosts make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. This was one of my highlights during my cycling trip to Rome.

Beautiful villa in a quiet area with a lovely secure garden for our two dogs. Huge place which looked amazing on the pictures and was just as fabulous when we got there. lots of attention to details for everything we might need to a fantastic family holiday

I rarely write reviews—only when an experience is either outstanding or disappointing. This one was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely stunning, and Martina is a fantastic host who made our stay incredibly enjoyable. Our kids loved the pool, which felt like a private retreat thanks to the small number of apartments on the property. The whole place is a genuine oasis of relaxation.

A beautiful courtyard and old house 'complex' with a fabulous swimming pool. Enourmous room, decorated in simple luxury. And stunning hewn stone basins! Food was delicious fresh organic and good value!
