The staff is doing everything possible to make you feel welcome. The hotel is located on the main road and has sufficient private parking (for no extra charge) for all hotel guests, which is not to be taken for granted in Garda. It is also right on the lake shore, with a private beach, and provides complimentary stuff which exceeded our expectations (although we didn't get a chance to use most of them because of our other plans): free bicycles, kayaks and SUP. The breakfast is served on the beachside and is very diverse and delicious, made with superb produce.

It was the last stop of our "vacation trip" and it was exactly what we were looking for. We had a very nice, kind and informative welcome by the staff with a refreshment. In the room plenty of tea, coffee and a selection of snacks for breakfast, ingredients to cook pasta and a prosecco was waiting for us. The apartment was really well equipped and clean. The location was just what we were looking for, a calm area with beach access, walking distance on a nice promenade to villages with restaurants and not far to drive to some of the cities around. Also great for bike trips (in the mountains or around the lake), etc. We only had breakfast on our last day, which was really excellent. You also got the possibility to rent bikes or SUPs with a bar/restaurant, swim in the pool (we preferred the lake) and enjoy some "quite hours".

Everything in the place is very nice and exceeds our expectation from: - caring staffs - high quality and various choices of breakfast - location (stunning view and good area for walking) - facilities(board game, cards, pool table area) and on-premise parking. And it is such a great value! It is a place that impressed us a lot. Will definitely go back and would recommend to anyone coming to visit Lake Garda.
