Absolutely beautiful staff and incredible views over Garda! Regular busses down to Limone and easy ferry service to the other towns! Really delicious food and brilliant staff in the restaurant really friendly and full of knowledge for the area!

Everything was perfect for our 5 night stay. A short walk into town, a fabulous restaurant that was recommended was less than 5 minutes walk away. Facilities were just what we needed.

Exceptional location and view.

It delivers even more than it promises. We enjoyed the view of the lake and the proximity to the nice small beach right bellow the residence. The staff were friendly and attentive and the accommodation was very clean. We were totally amazed by the local nature as well as the local food :-)

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was absolutely amazing — such a kind and genuine person. We arrived a little earlier than the check-in time, and she kindly let us leave our car and head straight to the beach, which was incredibly helpful. The mobile home was very fresh, clean, and well-maintained, with absolutely no signs of wear and tear. It also had air conditioning, which was a big plus, especially on warm days. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at the villa. The location is very calm and offers amazing views, with quick access to the promenade right next to the restaurant near the road. Keep in mind it may be rainy in May!

This is one of those charming little places you want to keep all to yourself. Therefore, I won't tell anybody here about the absolutely mindblowing view, the wonderful sunsets with a glass of wine on the terraces, the nicely decorated rooms or the kindness of the host Daniele...oops...

The view is incredible. The apartment has everything you might need - we stayed five nights. Super comfy bed with unhindered view of lake. It was very hot when we stayed a couple of weeks ago and the air con. Is marvellous and virtually soundless. Excellent bathroom. Short walk down hill 200m to lake, pizza restaurant. 40min walk along the pedestrian pathway to small village with more great restaurants and Despar supermarket. Oleksandra who met us at the property was there most days and very helpful indeed. WhatsApp lots of tips and recommendations with local tourist info. She ensured everything was spotless. Property has two bbq areas and each apartment has its own private areas. Very quiet spot. Would return without hesitation
