The room was large, clean, modern but at the same time it had incorporated some antique furniture pieces.

The Arena Roman amphitheatre is 400 metres away, along with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés. they got us an upgrade (from the Shakespeare Studio to the Casa Verdi Apartment) which was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it a lot. Staff was very friendly and willing to help and everything in the apartment was spotless clean and organized. The apartment was well equipped and the location was great! I was surprised with the hairdryer in the bathroom, because it wasn't in the description, but I hadn't brought mine so it was great having one. The girl at the reception in the evening also sent us some recommendations of places to eat in the city, which were great as well.

Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. It was very nice service, the administrator was very nice and offered to carry things to the room. Great location - only a 10-minute walk from Piazza San Marco. The apartment is very clean, warm, and recently renovated. We had no issues during our stay. The host was very polite, friendly, and responsive. They kindly allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled and helped us settle in smoothly. We were also able to leave our luggage the next day while we were out exploring, which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi was fast, the apartment was quiet, and the overall experience was very comfortable. We felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place.
