All air-conditioned apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette and a satellite flat-screen TV. The private bathroom comes with free toiletries. Amazing apartment, central to San Marco, 2 min walk from the square or 4 min walk to Rialto bridge. The apartment is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and it has amazing climate control all throughout the rooms. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious and the living room with kitchen has all amenities you need to make breakfast during times when nothing is yet open in Venice. The apartment is much better value for those who value space and location over the hotel, where the room would be much smaller for the money you would pay here. It completely exceeded our expectations, we would definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends who stay in Venice for 3-4 days. For longer stay I would suggest clarifying with hotel what is the policy for cleaning room, as we stayed for 4 days, and it was not that much of a bother to use same towels or use same bedsheets, but for longer stays it might cause discomfort, so it is best to have clarity with the apartment representative on how longer stays are managed, they are very responsive.

The Arena Roman amphitheatre is 400 metres away, along with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés. Excellent apartments: clean, beautiful, everything works. Located in a beautiful house. Very polite employees: they brought the suitcase, showed where the parking is, told about the sights of Verona. It was a wonderful trip.

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. Nice and friendly service, comfortable room, beautiful environment. Everything was perfect.
