The location was a short 2min walk to Rialto Bridge and 6 mins to St. Marks Square. Restaurants were close by and many to choose from. Staff were amazing in answering all my emails and questions promptly. They even organised the water taxi for me. The quality of furnishings sheets towels and size of apartment was excellent. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the fact they had a good working lift was a bonus. We stayed in 204 and had a great view of the canals. We had 2 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The marble floors were very elegant. The appliances were good quality SMEG. The water doc at the front entry was so convenient. This is an outstanding property that I would return to any day. Highly recommended.

Set in the historic centre of Verona, Truly Verona offers elegant self-catering apartments and studios in different locations. The Arena Roman amphitheatre is 400 metres away, along with plenty of restaurants, shops and cafés. The staff was very helpful through WhatsApp exchanges. There was a video with check-in instructions and everything went smoothly. We were able to leave our luggage at the office location (although it was a 7minute walk away). Everyone we dealt with was friendly and did what was needed to make our stay pleasant.

Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Check in and Check out were fast and easy given the reception desk at Da Bruno Hotel was just across the street. The location was perfect for exploring Venice. There was a grocery store just around the corner and plenty of restaurants and gelato shops close by.

All the apartments are with flat TV and satellite channels, well equipped kitchens with either garden or private balcony/terrace. Within the area there are a beach volley and a beach soccer court, a small grass soccer field. We were there in December. The facilities were excellent, large rooms, well maintained and very comfortable. Everyone on the staff were friendly and welcoming. The kids loved it!
