Everything was above expectations: a new, well equipped and spotless apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets in windows, outdoor dining under olive trees, beautifull clean pool with panoramic views and horses , of course. We spent perfect holidays here, the apartment was great strating point for various nice excursions and trips both to the nature and Umbria towns and villages.

Tasty and abundant home made breakfast. Superbly renovated villa, with own wine cellar, you will find there the good lifestyle and if you want to reset, this is the perfect place. Close to the cultural and historical high interest places, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia etc. combine your relaxing day with Umbrian life flair. Definitely coming back! This time for a longer stay.

It was really lovely rustic I felt like I was in an Italian film because of the original features and the beautiful scenery when you open the windows.it was very homely and we only chose the standard accommodation and it was still lovely
