Super nice hotel! Very modern, comfortable and big rooms, with all the amenities that you might need. The food was excellent, both breakfast which offered huge selection, as well as dinner. Dinner is a must. It's a set menu which you pick in the morning, and there are plenty of options for vegetarians, gluten free etc. It's a 5 course meal every evening, so need to pace yourself, since you can easily overdo it with food. The hotel has a pool, which is quite small, and not very convenient for swimming, but a nice place to relax after skiing. There are several saunas available too. There is a large ski depot where you can keep your ski gear. Also, there is plenty of parking available around the hotel, as well as in the garage. Public transport is available to take you to Cabinovia Alpe di Siusi and it is very convenient, as the busses go frequently (bus #3 and #173) and the bus ride is about 10 minutes. It takes about 5 minutes from the hotel to the main bus station.

Maria was a superb hostess at the hotel - checking us in efficiently, parking our car and getting the bags to the room. She gave us a wonderful overview of the facility and the area. The bar makes an amazing Dolomite martini … absolutely superb!!!!!!

This hotel was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights in December and it totally exceeded expectations. The restaurant was top notch, we had all our meals here during our 3 night stay and it was all delicious. Large breakfast buffet, excellent lunch buffet, multi-course dinner, just the best! All the staff were helpful and genuine. What really made this hotel outstanding were the pool and spa facilities. It was all very modern and stylish, even in December the rooftop pool is open and heated which was my favorite place to spend the afternoons. Multiple saunas and other spa facilities, it was all clean and never felt crowded. Kastelruth is such a perfect little village, this was my third time staying there but my first time at this hotel. I would love to return and stay for longer next time.

My wife and I traveled to Italy for our honeymoon and stayed at 5 different places and this place was #1 by a LANDSLIDE! First, the room and facility were so clean that we had an easy time getting comfortable on day one. The view right outside our window was breathtaking and it was so nice getting away from the sounds (and smells) of the big cities. The best part, however, had to be the level of care that we received from the hosts. Stefanie greeted us as soon as we pulled in and provided us with some of the best hospitality we have experienced in Italy. We unfortunately got there when the weather was not ideal so we couldn't go to Lake Braies or go hiking to enjoy the mountain views. Stefanie shared with us how to check the cameras for the area and we were still able to enjoy ourselves because she gave so many great recommendations on what other things we could do in the area. They also had some of the best wine my wife and I had and the breakfast was perfect.
