Great breakfast and dinner especially the tagliata and bistecca (T-bone) were exceptional and good wine. Nice garden and a big clean pool. Parking outside the room.

Leonino and his family are very hospitable. If you're looking for a peaceful, remote and authentic spot to take in the Umbrian countryside then this perfect. For a 1 bedroom apartment it is huge. The views over the valley are fantastic and their friendly pets make for a great visit.

Lorenzo is an amazing host: friendly, accommodating, and cannot do enough to be of assistance. His dinner was beyond my wildest expectations, and his service was impeccable. He even came into the train station to help buy my tickets. He is an incredible man, chef, and host, and I wish him all the best for his very promising future. Cannot recommend his accommodation enough.

We received a beautiful welcome basket. The location of the property amongst the olive trees and vineyard was very nice. GianLuca and his family were very pleasant and kind. We enjoyed the olive oil tour and history. GianLuca provided good recommendations and was very helpful.

During our five-week trip through France and Italy, this was by far our favorite accomodation. Elena proved to be an exceptionally generous host. When we arrived, she invited us to a complimentary picnic in the olive grove that evening, where we enjoyed a wonderful selection of Italian delicacies—all of which were delicious. The next morning Elena made us breakfast, which was just as enjoyable, the standout being scrambled eggs with bacon. We stayed in the lower apartment in June and were initially concerned about the lack of air-conditioning. However, the room remained pleasantly cool, and with the fan on at night, we even found ourselves getting a bit chilly. The pool was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring and watching the sunset from there was truly breathtaking—an experience we’ll never forget.

Absolute gorgeous estate hidden in the green hills of Umbria. Surrounded by thousands of olive trees, it is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Staff are super friendly and caring and the food is delicious. The studio was comfortable and clean and the swimmingpool is big with amazing views over the hills. I would for sure come back to this place!
