Great breakfast and dinner especially the tagliata and bistecca (T-bone) were exceptional and good wine. Nice garden and a big clean pool. Parking outside the room.

A bit retro, but comfortable and well equipped apartment in tbe umbrian backcountry.

Beautiful place, three amazing outdoor places to eat in the garden, nice rooms, most showers had amazing pressure, comfy beds, not far to pick up breakfast by car, short vertical walk to a town with a bar (he opened when he saw us lurking). Great contact with host and Cristoforo was there in an instant if ever we needed (eg to change shower head and get a camp bed for a visiting friend).

The property is nestled in the heart of Umbria, perched on a hill with breathtaking views. Despite the summer heat (around 38°C), we could comfortably spend time on the terrace until 1:00 PM and again in the evening. We enjoyed unforgettable moments watching the sunset and the star-filled sky. The proximity to the pool and the ability to use it at any time was a huge plus. The apartment is styled in true Italian fashion, with every detail reflecting the essence of Umbria—wooden furniture, a fireplace, brick flooring, terracotta pots, and Deruta ceramics. Beautiful and spotless. The place is very peaceful and intimate, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owners were very kind and helpful. We received plenty of information about local products and attractions, and every question we had was answered promptly. Elena, thank you—these were fantastic holidays!

Everything was perfect!! Beautiful place were you can really relax without hearing any sounds! Very clean and big pool. Wonderful breakfast and the people there are very helpful and friendly :-) Would definitely reccomend. A lot of restaurant are just a 10 minute drive away.

Beautiful hotel, and a must visit if you like mx5's! We had alot of fun here and the room was beautiful. Wonderful and helpful staff, with a great presentation on their car collection. Even got to drive a special edition mx5 which was made for the hotel.

Leonino and his family are very hospitable. If you're looking for a peaceful, remote and authentic spot to take in the Umbrian countryside then this perfect. For a 1 bedroom apartment it is huge. The views over the valley are fantastic and their friendly pets make for a great visit.

A little gem of a hotel and restaurant in Deruta! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our hosts, Samuel and Roberta, were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The food was absolutely amazing—every meal was delicious, beautifully prepared, and excellent value for money. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool was a great size, with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas, making it the perfect place to relax. You can also order food by the pool, enjoy sandwiches, or have a lighter lunch in the restaurant. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a short distance from the motorway, making it a great base for exploring the area. There's also a supermarket only 9 minutes away if you need to pick up any essentials. Samuel was especially helpful, recommending interesting places to visit, which made our stay even more enjoyable. With Perugia Airport just a 20-minute drive away, the location couldn't be more convenient. Don't walk—run to this wonderful place! You won't be disappointed.

The apartment we were renting was very spacious and well equipped. You will find art pieces all over the place! Host is beyond amazing and helpful! They also have pottery classes that you can book prior to your stay.
