So surprised by the accomodation. Beautiful!

The place was absolutely incredible, and the owners were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is stunning, completely immersed in nature. It was a truly delightful and unexpected surprise. We can’t wait to come back!

An exquisite haven of piece… the building, luscious gardens and rooms are tastefully decorated so you feel at peace and grounded. So much attention to detail and only five rooms meant we felt we had the masseria to ourselves.

The property is top shelf snd the staff were friendly and super helpful. The food and wine selection was amazing.

It is our second time at this hotel and it became our favourite one in Puglia. We love the big swimming pool. The cleanliness in the room. The staff from the reception is always kind and smiling.

It was excellent. It was very clean and orderly. It was near the center but still in the cozy little Italian streets. Our host was very kind and flexible, we are very grateful.

Everything - the food, atmosphere and people (but especially Maggie :) )- was exceptional. A very tranquil location and quite easy to find. The house is surrounded with olive trees and the pool is at the back not overlooked by any roads or strangers. It’s a very good location to place yourself to visit Puglia. Just a shame we did not book for longer:) They make their olive oil and wine, which I recommend you try. Very sweet dog and cats too.

The surrounding garden is beautifully maintained, offering a serene and picturesque setting that instantly puts you at ease. We particularly enjoyed spending our afternoons by the pristine swimming pool, which was both refreshing and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring the stunning nearby towns. We found ourselves just a short drive away from the breathtaking Polignano a Mare and the charming Conversano. Our room was spacious and the bedding was perfect for a restful night's sleep. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with wonderful hospitality, stunning surroundings, and easy access to some of Puglia's most beautiful spots, this is the place to be. We can't wait to return!

Fantastic property with fab pool, rooms, outside space. Hosts, Laura & Alessandro were the best…lots of advice on places to visit and dine. Laura’s breakfasts were sensational…offered so much delicious choice. Nothing has been missed in this property….style & character all the way.

Property is located just a few minutes drive from Conversano & 20 minute drive from Polignano a mare. Francesco is the owner who welcomed us with a glass of Aperol and some nibbles. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is served on the terrace in the garden. You are provided with a selection of food to decide and then that's your breakfast each day. All food freshly prepared & excellent quality. Francesco very helpful with places to visit & restaurant recommendations. If you don't want to stay in Polignano I highly recommend this property.

The place is amazing but all credits go to Federica, she is the heart and soul of this wonderful villa. She treats you like you are from the family, always smiling, with good vibes and useful recomandations for the area. It’s a place to come back for sure!❤️

A beautiful, quiet and secluded villa with its own pool, garden and patio areas, including sun loungers, swing seats and bbq. Absolutely perfect for relaxing outdoors, and an equally clean and well appointed villa, with a double bedroom and ample room for two more on the sofa bed. Immaculately clean and lots of welcome treats too. The best thing about the whole property was the wonderful welcome we received and the friendly help given to us through our holiday, with directions, ideas and restaurant bookings. Ideal for couples and families with children. You will need a car to explore the area, but the town is within walking distance for food, drinks and ice cream. We will be back!

The Beds were very comfy,pillows amazing,very high standard,very clean well maintained,pool is very welcome on hot days, staff and owners very nice people and helpful

The landlord and the location is amazing. Hire a chef and enjoy wood fired pizza one night! A bottle of wine and a home made cake was awaiting our arrival and upon out departure, she graciously gave us some warm croissants to take with us

The Villa was a dream come true and perfectly suited for our stay. But we will Always remember more the great and very personal care during our stay - this really felt like staying with friends and familiy. We had a Perfect Holiday
