The property was on the first floor of a private house, a few kilometers from Matera. It has one double bed and two single beds, as well as a kitchen with refrigerator. Everything was in one space. There was also an outdoor terrace next to the room, where you can have a cozy breakfast or dinner. The backyard of the house had a swimming pool, background music and great sunbeds, which was a big plus when traveling with children. The environment of the house was very clean and tidy. The owners of the house are very friendly and helpful.

It’s a new hotel opened more than 15 months ago, and it’s located 10 min away from Matera by car. Room size follows standard and with balcony. The swimming pool is also very nice to relax.

This is the right place to stay with family or friends. It was very quiet, but at the same time, it was very convenient and comfortable. The apartment has everything that you might need, a well equipped kitchen, a balcony, a washing machine and etc. Also, it has a very well maintained swimming pool. From the apartment, it is easy to reach the beautiful Matera. Highly recommended place to stay!
