The hotel was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always smiling. Their warm attitude made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The only small issue was that there was a young man who seemed to be standing near the pool most of the time. I wasn’t sure if he was a member of the staff or another guest, but his constant presence made it a little difficult to feel completely relaxed or have a sense of privacy. Other than that, everything was excellent. Whenever I visit Rimini, I will definitely choose Hotel City again. Thank you to the entire team for your wonderful hospitality!
