We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The owners and the entire team were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The location is also fantastic—peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Plenty of good quality food for breakfast. Particularly liked the chocolate croissants and cappuccinos. Staff was great plus 24 hour access to pool. Great view of castle from our balcony

The host was excellent, fantastic communication. The property was fantastic, clean tide and well maintained. Plenty of shops bars and restaurants all within a 10-15 minutes walk. My friend and I have been touring Europe by motorcycle and this property provided safe parking for our bikes . I would highly recommend

We absolutely loved it. The hotel is very pretty, the staff is so friendly. I absolutely loved the breakfast that was served outside. The pool was very nice. We had dinner one night which was delicious. The room was clean and spacious. Even though it felt like you are away from everything in a really tranquil environment it was only a some minute drive to restaurants. We really loved it and would definitely return

Very nice hostess. Quiet place, large garden full of flowers, figs, clean illuminated pool. Rich delicious breakfast. If we didn't have something or needed something, we just had to ask the hostess. Everything is close - the city, restaurants, caves, beaches, sights. We will definitely come back here again. We had a great time here.

Amazing staff! Super friendly, everyone is trying to make everything possible for their guests. We had a perfect short stay in a one bedroom apartment on the 5th floor, with a wonderful view of the beach. We arrived early, and our room was already ready! Does not happen that often. The apartments are a few years old, but still fairly new and have everything you need. Each room has a door out to the balcony, with a mosquito net (which came in very handy). AC worked well, quiet and good temperature. There is even a small freezer in the kitchen, plus a really big fridge, a dish washer and a small espresso machine. All very clean. Shower is very good (not too big, but that was not an issue for us). Main beds and also pullout couch was comfortable. You can rent bikes (if available) for a small fee, and then cycle to the city center of Grado, which is very close. There is also a very nice roof top pool with sunbeds (which we preferred during our stay vs. going to the beach/swimming in the sea). Great view from the top and fairly quiet. Parking was not a problem. We were there during high season, and there was parking in the gated area available. Close by there is a supermarket and a bakery / butcher (I would prefer those over the one at the near-by camping ground).

Stayed for 4 days. The owners were so helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were huge. Loved the pool and lounge area. Breakfast was delicious and the owners kept fruit in the dining room so one could grab a nutritious snack in the afternoon.
