Amazing, kind, smiling, helpful personnel. All staff including the service during dinner was kind, smiling, cheerful, caring - made our stay unforgettable. Dinner was delicious, breakfast great too. Everything well organised, food filled immediately, clean. We had the feeling that the staff loved their job and loved working in that hotel and they were happy to help with anything. We would definitely come back!

Excellent location, infront of the slopes, clean room and delicious breakfast and dinner
The location was 10 steps from the lift, free parking, the spa areas are small but enough to fully relax and regain strength, the ski wardrobe is excellent. The room was spacious, cozy alpine-like decoration, felt very authentic. Excelent view of the Alps from the balcony, very clean and friendly staff. The food is totally different topic - breakfast, lunch and dinner were a huge masterpiece. Every day we were greeted with a different and exciting menu with multiple options, felt like a real masterchef was trying to win a Michelin star everyday. Unique experience. Also the bar cocktails were spot on.
Location - excellent. Very lovely personal, fixed all issues. Very suitable for skying, because the slopes is just near the hotel. Apartaments like flat so you can feel like you at your own flat.
