Amazing, kind, smiling, helpful personnel. All staff including the service during dinner was kind, smiling, cheerful, caring - made our stay unforgettable. Dinner was delicious, breakfast great too. Everything well organised, food filled immediately, clean. We had the feeling that the staff loved their job and loved working in that hotel and they were happy to help with anything. We would definitely come back!

1 night stay walking the Alta Via 2 Heavenly! Single room was basic but clean and with en-suite. Zero complaints. Loved the wellness area - multiple sauna/steam rooms, pool, all amazing and included with the stay, just what was needed for aching muscles EXCELLENT dinner and breakfast buffet - absolutely outstanding choice and quality of food. And they have an in-house gelateria :) Totally recommend

Amazing stay! The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start. The location is perfect—surrounded by beautiful hiking trails and stunning nature. The spa was a real highlight, offering relaxation with breathtaking mountain views. Highly recommended!
