The property exceeded my expectations. Adding breakfast in that amount was like icing on the cake. The staff was super sweet as well always having a smile on the face - may it be on reception, breakfast area or housekeeping. They even gave for a one day free stay coupon in south Italy. Simply amazing.

Very well equipped with the facilities & amenities

I really enjoyed the location where I spent my holidays. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The views were beautiful and the surroundings were very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We stayed in a family room, which was spacious and comfortable. The ski resort was very close, which was very convenient. The room was warm and cozy, perfect after a long day outside. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would gladly return.

Excellent breakfast based on the buffet, eggs, ham, cheese, bread, cookies, croissants. Just a wonderful stay, super clean and comfortable, especially for this amount of money. They gave me free garage parking for my motorcycle.

Amazing views of the mountains and the valley from our balcony. Very good breakfast and a pretty bar area outside.

Gentilezza e attenzione a esigenze specifiche, che abbiamo posti. Cena di buona qualità e colazione eccellente. Non rumoroso

Amazing, kind, smiling, helpful personnel. All staff including the service during dinner was kind, smiling, cheerful, caring - made our stay unforgettable. Dinner was delicious, breakfast great too. Everything well organised, food filled immediately, clean. We had the feeling that the staff loved their job and loved working in that hotel and they were happy to help with anything. We would definitely come back!

The breakfast was good. They had a lot of selection to have — cereals, scrambled eggs, meat / deli selections, fruit, different kinds coffee / teas and juice, and assortment of pastries along with table service. The different types of Saunas were great, very relaxing especially after hiking.

We stayed here while hiking the Alta Via 2, the food was fantastic and the staff were very attentive to all of our needs. A delightful respite from our hike.

Great location as a base for scenic hikes in the Dolomites. Great views of the mountains through the windows of the room.

Nice bar and the dessert they serve

People are great, carrying, all the services are excellent.

Very friendly staff and great food! Close to the ski lifts, which is a plus! The room we had was spacious and easily accommodated the 4 of us (2 adults + 2 kids). Overall the price was very reasonable.

I was able to check in early, secure parking for my motorcycle, great food in the restaurant

Localization. Right on the slope. We were first on the slope. Amazing experience when you leave first traces. Chalet is a part of the restaurant premises. We liked very much the food in the chalet. Breakfast, afternoon tea time with snacks, tea, drinks, coffee. The dinner.. always a 4 meal course was also very good. Nice and very friendly staff that you would like to meet in every hotel you stay.

Good cuisine and multinational staff

The young man who checked me in was wonderful. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. The dinner and breakfast buffets were superb and the chef came out to greet us

The location was 10 steps from the lift, free parking, the spa areas are small but enough to fully relax and regain strength, the ski wardrobe is excellent. The room was spacious, cozy alpine-like decoration, felt very authentic. Excelent view of the Alps from the balcony, very clean and friendly staff. The food is totally different topic - breakfast, lunch and dinner were a huge masterpiece. Every day we were greeted with a different and exciting menu with multiple options, felt like a real masterchef was trying to win a Michelin star everyday. Unique experience. Also the bar cocktails were spot on.
