Absolutely wonderful hotel. Breakfast is vast and everything is tasty. Only negative - you will eat too much. Rooms are cleaned meticulously, large with beautiful views. Staff is attentive and friendly, always available. Restaurant is wonderful. Amazing SPA.Best stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional warmth and friendliness from the hotel staff – everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. It’s rare to experience such genuine hospitality, and it really set the tone for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the four-course dinner offered each evening – with a selection of dishes to choose from, it felt like fine dining every night. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The breakfast was equally impressive – fresh, generous, and absolutely delicious, with something for every taste. The indoor swimming pool was spotless and very well maintained – perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of hiking. On a rainy afternoon, we spent a few hours in the spa area, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. The ambiance was calm and cozy – ideal for recharging. Our room had a terrace with a breathtaking view directly overlooking the chairlift. We can’t recommend this place enough – whether you’re visiting for the skiing, hiking, or simply to relax, this hotel checks all the boxes.

Very well located to explore the Dolomites. Everything functions well. The staff was very friendly. It was great to have some free hikes organized. The guide Giampaolo was exceptional, always available for suggestions. The food was generally very various and very good. All the restaurant staff was impeccable.

This hotel is amazing! Truly awesome! We went for a ski vacation. The rooms are spacious, beautiful, comfortable beds. You get bath robes and slippers. The hotel has: - Free parking - Free shuttle service to and from gondola, which is really great - A very spacious ski room - Awesome free spa. The spa is really beyond imagination- 3 saunas, small hot pool (like a hot tube without bubbles), rest areas, tea, etc. - Free gym (also amazing) - Other things, like bawling, that we did not have time to explore :) - Great breakfast - Very nice dinner (extra payment if you didn’t book half-board, but really cheap. Definitely very good deal for this price) A short walk from the hotel and you are in the village, where you have restaurants and shops. There is a nearby Spar supermarket, about 5 min walk. The staff is so nice and helpful - thank you so much for making our stay unforgettable!

This hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable, new. SPA center is well maintained, just enough before dinner. The quality of the food is excellent. Prompt ride to and from the slopes every day. You can park in the garage for a small fee. The staff is very polite and hard working. If i have a chance i would like to come back some day.
