The owner and his family were all warm and friendly. We communicated with mix of English & Italian & Japanese(!) and learned a lot from them about how they grow plants, how they make wines and olive oils. Other staffs were also very nice and we talked about manga and we even received a cool message hand-written in Japanese. Restaurant was also great - we enjoyed a delicious dinner along with their signature rose wine and the extra virgin olive oil.

Вот перевод на английский: This hotel is one of my favorites. The interior is incredibly beautiful, with great attention to detail, wonderful staff, a magical park, a luxurious spa, and thermal water (which suited me very well). A special mention goes to the breakfast: it has everything you need for a delicious and healthy start to the day, and the quality of the products is excellent. !!! There is an important point to clarify. Children under 14 are not allowed in the spa. The public thermal area is only accessible on certain days. The clinic and treatments are also beyond praise.

Amazing, modern, designer rooms in a rural setting. Swimming pool, jacuzzi right outside the property. Very comfy bed, great bathroom. Sometimes design features have to compromise with comfort but that is not the case here. We’ve probably stayed in over 200 booking.com rooms over the years, in many countries and this has to be in our top 10. Easy to find with great parking. To top it all they make their own cider (the 4% one we had was lovely); and our wonderful host Maia ordered takeaway pizzas for us after our long drive to get there. Top place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Cervia, but only 10 mins drive when you want that.

It is beautifully located, among hills and so much greenery. The hosts are amazing and so very helpful. The breakfast was simply wonderful, the first night we were alone but the accomodation went above and beyond to welcome us with local, fresh products

The accommodation was absolutely amazing and completely exceeded my expectations. It truly felt like paradise on Earth! The room was beautiful and everything was exceptionally clean. The owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made us feel completely at home. You can also tell that he has a great eye for aesthetics, as the entire property is beautifully designed and maintained. The property itself is stunning, the pool is large and perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. It’s the ideal place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet, especially since it’s adults-only. The location is also great – only about a 10-minute drive from the sea, with several excellent restaurants nearby. It was truly the perfect getaway, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. 🤍
