The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone form the owner to the chef and every staff member was extremely nice and helpful. It is a wonderful place in beautiful surroundings with a great pool and delicious food - grazie il cuoco:)! It is a green paradise in the center of Umbria.

I had a wonderful stay at this rural house! The salted water pool was a real highlight, providing a refreshing and unique experience. The attention from the hosts was exceptional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The calmness of the surroundings was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. We were also fortunate to enjoy perfect weather during our visit. Overall, the experience offered excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

The location in the small hamlet of Ilci was just perfect. Little, if any, vehicular traffic, the pool was refreshing and of the appropriate size, the owners were very welcoming and the view was manicured countryside that was relaxing to look at. Only ten minutes away from two supermarkets to stock up the apartment, convenient to reach southern and central Umbria (Spoleto, Bevagna, Todi and Stifone) and three minutes from the recommendable Osteria Novecento that is overlooking a verdant valley.

Location was stunning, and the hotel has been done up to an excellent standard. The views are amazing from the hotel, and it is perfect for a quiet getaway. Excellent breakfast with fresh cakes and croissants.
