Rooms: Great! Spacious, clean, beautiful interior decor and great air conditioning especially that we went to Genoa during a heatwave. Staff: The staff were very sweet and said yes to everything we requested but unfortunately did not follow-up on our requests. On the first day we arrived, we had booked two rooms one for me and my husband with a queen size bed and another one for my daughters (two single beds) as they do not like to share a bed. I asked the receptionist to confirm that the girls room had two separate beds and he said "Yes, of course!"...We got to the room and it was a double bed....For breakfast, I requested for an omelet instead of the usual scrumbled eggs. The Waiter said "Yes, of course! " and never returned. I do not think it was intentional and they had a great attitude but I think they should be more attentive.

Brand new hotel beautifully designed hotel in super location. Everything was perfect. Lovely swim in the pool. Room was what I would expect of a 5 star hotel. Exemplary customer service from a passionate team who created a welcoming and friendly atmosphere whilst remaining professional. We will be back.
