Very nice. There were two pools: one outside and one inside. The buffet was full of very good food, and all the staff were very accommodating. The rooms were very well appointed and lacked nothing. It was definitely a wonderful experience.

Everything was great. Rooms were cosy, the property is in the centre of Greve and with an excellent terrace to enjoy your coffee in the morning. Monica was very helpful. We'll come back.

The house was a newly refinished farm house. Our room had a small balcony which was lovely to sit and catch a breeze. The rooms had a skeleton key which was a nice touch. The grounds like the description are a farm with many animals which were amusing and plenty of cats that were entertaining. Breakfast had the option of inside a quaint little building or patio between the house and breakfast building. We stayed a night for dinner on the patio and the food was delicious! We highly recommend this experience to anyone who is looking to get away and relax. The pool looked nice however we went on a wine tour elsewhere and didn't get a chance to use it because of our short stay.

Beautiful place, lovely decorated, spacious, great location and surroundings, the garden was great. 10 minutes drive from town center, very nice stuff . Really enjoyed our stay!! Will come again in the summer when the pool is open 😁

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay with Simonetta, who is a warm host that makes you feel at home. The view from the pool is unbeatable and the breakfast very taste, with home-made and local ingredients.

The castle is built back in 1300 but surprisingly the interior is very well kept and the hotel room is very large. We had a lovely stay and had dinner at the historical dining hall. The staff are friendly and attentive. Food and wine is amazing, love the homemade pasta. When we left the property, our car broke down and we had to text the hotel for taxi hotlines. Sarah from the property helped us promptly and provided us with various taxi drivers contact. Appreciate the hospitality and all the small and attentive details from the staff and the property. Highly recommend.

The view, the food and the hospitality! I totally recomand!

From the first minute after our arrival, we stepped in into a tuscan dream: beautiful views of the tuscan hills, a welcome drink and pure serenity. The following days continued in relaxation - by the pool (which is gorgeous and with an unbelievable view), with good wine and food and unbelievable hospitality from the entire team at Podere 1384. We really enjoyed waking up to the sunrise in our room and having the breakfast outside in the garden. The rooms and the hotel are spacious and beautifully decorated. The fitness room, which we used multiple times, is very well equipped, and the spa is quaint and very inviting and we can recommend getting a massage while you're there. Special thanks goes out to the entire team and especially Mateo! Not only did he recommend the best restaurants and places to visit, he also helped out when we ended up stranded on our last day with a flat tire. He made sure we were comfortable while waiting and communicated with the rental company/tow truck to get things moving. Thanks for your hospitality and for having us! We can't wait to return.

LOOOOVED this hotel, what an absolute gem! Everything is perfect, massive grounds, the friendliest staff, helpful. Execellnr design, authentic but so luxurious. Loved this place. Also dinner was the best we had in Italy in the hotel restaurant and the chef is so friendly

The villa has impressive, classical rooms to sit and relax, eat, read. Our room with a large balcony with spectacular views of the area was really nice. We had our breakfast and drinks on the patio-terrace. What made our stay complete was the great hospitality of Isabella. She made such good breakfast, was fun to talk with... which we did a lot. We were quite emotional leaving the villa after 3 days, but mainly to leave Isabella, who felt like a close friend.
