The owners, Donatella & Giancarlo, was very nice and helpfull, although there was a bit problem with communication (they almost don't speak english). The pool has a various depth, max. 2,2m. There is no washing machine, but the owners propose to use their own. Also there is no kichenette, only microwave and coffe express, but on the back of the house there is a grill to use. We have only positive feelings and good memories! Thank you Donatella & Giancarlo!

we stayed in the upstairs apartment. Beautifully set out, with a tremendous upstairs double bedroom and bathroom. The remaining rooms were equally comfortable and big in size. The location is perfect for exploring the south of Sardinia and we spent many wonderful days and evenings on beautiful beaches, letting all our worries float away. The pool and barbecue area was just perfect, especially with a young and inquisitive family. the views are stunning and the orchard with fruit trees adds a certain ambience of serenity. Now, the icing on the cake, Franceso. You will not meet a nicer man. He gave us his absolute attention and care. No ask was too much for him. We had a slight issue on the first day and he resolved it within 24 hours. He really looked after us from the first moment to the last, like stocking our fridge with beer and wine, providing BBQ materials, endless drinking water and every other ask and challenge we threw his way. I would 100% recommend staying at La Maria Maddalena if you find yourself in South Sardinia.

It was very clean. The Host gave us advices via whatsapp. We had to do an online check-in that did not worked. But the host did anything for us as i send him the relevant informations directly. The house was beautyful.
