My wife and I had such a great time staying here for 4 nights. The staff were so nice and the service was excellent. Felt truly welcome. Great room (beautiful, clean, spacious, very good shower), very nice Spa, delicious breakfast. This hotel and our stay in La Thuile was highlight of our Italy trip. The area is stunning with the mountains all around and we enjoyed hiking nearby Rutor waterfalls which was amazing as well as visiting Courmayeur and Chamonix.

Nice, mountain style decor in a cool location with amazing views everywhere. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I recommend it to anyone.

our apartment was at the base of the ski hill, where you could just put your ski boots on in your room and hop on the lift! it was a beautiful room, with a really comfortable bed, kitchenette and dining area, a nice bathroom and a boot room (which was really nice so we didn’t track snow into the rest of the apartment). the staff were really helpful when we asked for anything like extra pillows. even the couch was comfortable!

Beautiful hotel in La Thuile. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room didn't have a balcony but had a large window overlooking the church and river. Breakfast was very good.

Being greeted by the GM Claudio Coriasco with polite discussions about our holiday expectations enabled him to assist us personally - what a wonderful experience. The helpfulness of the team with transport to town/skyway overcame perceived travel difficulties and nothing was too difficult for them. Always smiling and remembering what we were doing/or had done to greet us personally - excellent service.

The staff was amazing & very helpful. We were given shuttle service to the tram, and upon finding out it was cancelled, transportation to the bus station. Everyone was very helpful.

Au Coeur Des Neiges is in Courmayeur, a 2-minute walk from the ski elevator to Plan Checrouit and a 10-minute walk from the center.

The hotel was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve stayed at many grand, expensive resorts/hotels. But none had the attention to detail and customer service that Au Coeur Des Neiges has. Incredible staff. Just a phenomenal experience. Every room scented to perfection. Every shelf or nook decorated beautifully. Amazing place.
