The facility at Imperial Beach Hotel is lovely and well maintained. The pool and beach areas are beautiful, and everything you could ask for is available. However, what really sets Imperial apart from other hotels is their outstanding staff. Every single person I encountered, from housekeepers to front desk, was more than pleasant and helpful. The owner and his daughter are present at all times, and they clearly put the emphasis of guest satisfaction. Every person on staff goes out of their way to make sure that guests feel at home. Their sweet dog, Cookie, adds to the feeling of visiting a friend or family member. Andria, at the front desk, was so helpful with my questions and requests, and since my Italian is still weak, her ability to speak English was very helpful! I cannot wait to return to this beautiful piece of heaven!

Friendly and helpful staff, always a smile when entering the breakfast in the morning. we stayed in the dependance which was newly renovated. The property and the social areas are outstanding. Pool and garden are very good. Can’t wait to come back here.

Everything was PERFECT! Marika is the perfect host, very pretty , warm and friendly, location is breathtaking, a quiet place in the middle of heaven garden...and Bimba ohhh...a cute girl 🙂. For dinner I highly recommend Osteria dal Richi, nearby. Hope to come back soon! Grazie Marika, grazie Richi!

This hotel has been recently renovated and we were in a very comfortable small apartment Very clean and functional, I loved the bathroom and the 2 big windows that you could open. The position is excellent, right in front of the Rotonda and the beaches and in a 10minutes walk you reach the historic sites and enchanting streets of the city center. It was perfect for the purpose of our stay.

Simple but well appointed for children, right on the pedestrian road in front of the beach, close to restaurants and a gelateria is next door. The bikes with kids seats are great for exploring. Our kids also loved the pool and kids club. Breakfast was good with relaxing outdoor seating option. Reception staff were exceptionally helpful.

We travelled with two children in mid-June. The family that owns the hotel is beautiful and extremely pleasant. They helped with any need. The room cleaned every day, the territory is beautiful and well-kept. The children were obsessed with the pool and Penny the dog. The hotel placed near the beach, maximum 5 minutes walking. We are very satisfied with our vacation.

The pool and the garden were beautiful. Our apartment was spacious and spotless clean. The nice beach with a long promenade is just two streets away. We used the bicycles (free) to go around town which was a lot of fun. The apartment is located near a lot of nice pizza and ice cream places as well as a supermarket. The hosts very truly amazing and caring and made our stay special.
