Huoneistossa oli toimiva ilmastointi, vaikka huone oli iso. Vuoteet olivat hyvät. Huoneiston edessä oli ulkona ruokapöytä ja oma pyykkiteline. Uima- allas oli mieleinen ja siistissä puutarhassa oli runsaasti viihtyisiä oleskelupaikkoja. Autolle oli tarjolla pihasta oma paikka katoksen alla huoneiston edessä. Tarjolla olisi ollut juomia, aamu- ja iltapalaa, mutta tällä kertaa me ei niitä tarvittu.
