An amazing place for a peaceful and relaxing stay — everything was perfect for us: the room, the location (having a car is essential), and the very comfortable beds. The staff were wonderful — helpful, polite, and spoke excellent English. I would definitely choose to stay here again and recommend it to my friends and my blog smalsimuse.lt readers. It’s a truly romantic setting. Having breakfast served in the room was a fantastic touch. One night was simply not enough — next time I would stay longer. We visited in winter and the room was warm, cozy, and inviting.

Beautiful property, an oasis of silence, beauty of nature, all one could need for a short or long stay, relax, good food, good wine, good company, excellent staff. Tasty and abundant home made breakfast. Superbly renovated villa, with own wine cellar, you will find there the good lifestyle and if you want to reset, this is the perfect place. Close to the cultural and historical high interest places, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia etc. combine your relaxing day with Umbrian life flair. Definitely coming back! This time for a longer stay.

In a purely rural area in Umbria, this is an accommodation surrounded by the tranquility and simplicity of nature. The ground floor room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool is surrounded by greenery. The owners are polite, discreet, and particularly hospitable. It is a 15-minute drive from Spoleto and 30 minutes from the beautiful and not particularly touristy villages of Trevi & Montefalco.

Recently renovated, the place is lovely and has all amenities. The location is perfect - smack down in the middle of Umbria with vicinity to all major attractions. We also had a chance to meet the owners and all the farm animals around which was a lovely experience for the kids. Will definitely look to come back, maybe on the hotter months where the pool will be open. Thanks for the hospitality!
