The staff is extraordinarly friendly, smiling and helpful. The place is clean and the closed parking is a great advantage. The pool is very nice. The breakfast was the best I had in my one week trip in Italy. I will definitely come back. And deeply recommend it..

The pool was very clean and good fun, parking was easy

Clean beach (cleaner than Pescara). Hot water in the shower. Clean bungalow with air conditioner (if you fight for it). Impressive surroundings near to Silvi Citta and a nice holiday atmosphere on the hill under olives.

This seafront holiday hotel is a crown jewel. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out - a classy oasis nestled into an extravagantly landscaped paradise setting. It offers a private sandy beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, a pristine pool surrounded by comfortably padded chaises longues under shady umbrellas plus tables and chairs. Dining is offered both inside expansive dining rooms and outdoors on the patio lit by trees strung with fairy lights at night. Everyone at the hotel is delightful - smiling, pleasant, and always helpful too. Truly this is a special place!

The hotel is ideally located, offering stunning views. The service, particularly from Gabriele at reception, was exceptional. The room I stayed in boasted a beautiful sea view. I highly recommend this place.

Fabulously warm welcome from Marina, lovely place to stay, super-relaxing and a great view of the viaduct and the sea beyond. The pool is excellent, as is the delicious food from the region. Witnessing the wonderful dawn chorus and sunrise from the terrace was a hilight.

Appartamento pulito e funzionale. Ho molto apprezzato il grande balcone, fresco e con un bell'affaccio. Tutto ben tenuto, compresa la piscina comprensiva di bagnino. Posizione perfetta per godersi il mare e la pineta, che sono giusto a 2 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo a famiglie con bambini.

The location of the accomodation was very good, close to the beach, with excelent view. The room s were clean, all with the air condition.

The apartments were spacious, bright, clean, very large balcony 👍, everything you need was provided. Excellent location, sea, cafes, shops, all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and clear check-in instructions were given. Thank you very much for a pleasant holiday

We have stayed at this hotel before in this nice town so we knew we would have a good stay and we really did in our roof apartment with a large roof terrace with two entrances/exits. The pictures of the accommodation show what it looks like in reality and the accommodation is really very good. It was sunny all day and sea view, well furnished, good system with the keys and we received good information from our hosts. The area is quiet and clean and so is the hotel. We were there in June when it was a little cooler and less tourists. It is very close to the sea which you reach by a footbridge under the train tracks. From there you can choose different "lidos" or free parts of the beach. There are two supermarkets located 600 meters from the hotel, if you want a larger one you have to go to Conad or Eurospin, about 1.3 km.

It’s our second stay and we can highly recommend this place. The best value for money and great terraces.

Localisation is very good -very close to our favourite beach, with almost no car traffic ( there is a railway very close and you hear the trains but this is the case for all houses in PIneto located close to the sea). The apartment is spacious with big terrace, reserved parking place. The garden inside is very nice and clean. Within short walking distance you can borrow a bike, fin some nice restaurants and very good local bakery.

The host is very responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The home is located in a beautiful area, close to beaches. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and offers stunning views. The property is impeccably clean, including the pool area, bathrooms, and kitchen. Linens and towels are fresh. The pool water is crystal clear and well-maintained. The pool area is fenced, which is great for families with young children. The pool has comfortable lounge chairs. They clean every morning. My kids loved staying at the pool. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the furniture is new and modern. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. The home also offers fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV. The price is reasonable considering the location, amenities, and overall quality of the home. While it’s on the higher end, the experience and features justify the cost.
