The best part of our stay was definitely the extremely friendly, helpful and caring family hosts despite our short stay. The property has very nice views and wished we had more time to explore the surroundings. Our room was of a goods size and clean. Breakfast was good and sweet based but they were able to help with last minute requests for our kids savoury wants.

I was very impressed by the comfort they offer. It was a wonderful experience, especially due to the location that is very close to the Flixbus Station. I had no need for any additional purchases. They offered everything and were very good hosts. The lunch was very tasty and they have options for any needs and diets.

The staff are welcoming and helpful (24-hour front desk!), the hotel itself is beautiful, set back a bit from the noisy main road (Via JF Kennedy, in northern Cosenza); rooms are comfortable and are equipped with coffee and tea-making facilities (unusual in Italy), there is safe outside parking (or an underground parking garage), the WiFi is strong, and breakfast is wonderful. They are dog friendly too, and you can take a well-behaved dog into the breakfast room. There are also electric car charging facilities. The hotel surroundings are not attractive, so just relax at Europa, and there's a swimming pool for your arrival day.
