The facilities, hospitality and location were perfect! The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and the resort was absolutely stunning! The breakfast prepared were pastries by our host and they were delicious, we also ate at the restaurant in house and the ambiance and food made for an unforgettable stay!

This was a beautiful stay in a very spacious apartment in the middle of nature. The garden of the property is very big, ideal for children or pets to play safely, and everything around us was very peaceful. We had a clear view of the Etna mountain across the sea, and very close to us was Capo Vaticano, a place with the most incredible sunsets. Everything was very lovely, this is a perfect place for a family who wants an easygoing holiday. The suggestions given to us by the owners were extremely useful: which supermarket to go to, and which local shops are worth visiting. The kindness of the owners was amazing, they are great hosts, and we felt so welcome and happy here. We recommend Neverland property with pleasure!

We stayed at Borgo Rosso di Sera on a Saturday evening during a romantic getaway while driving from Sicily to Puglia — and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. The location is simply breathtaking, with stunning views that made it hard to leave the terrace. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and very comfortable. The food at the hotel was excellent — we had dinner there and were really impressed. And the breakfast? Exceptional. Possibly one of the best we had during our time in Italy. The grounds are beautifully kept, with a peaceful and romantic atmosphere that made it feel like a true escape. Every detail was so well thought out — it’s clear the team really cares about the guest experience. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stop with incredible views and great food.

We loved our stay here. The rooms were comfortable and beautiful. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed every bite. The swimming pool area is great in the summer weather. And it was fun to stay in a 16th century castle!
