Clean hotel, great location, extremely friendly staff, close to city center,

The whole stay at Tropisa was exceptional, the staff was very helpful and I have to mention especially the reception staff. Their willingness to help and their demeanor added to the exceptional feeling of this stay.

Location right by the sea, with a stunning view. There wasn’t a private terrace, but there was a shared one where you could enjoy a beautiful sunset and the view of the volcano. Everything was clean. There is a pool, and a fantastic terrace on the cliff for dinner and breakfast. The receptionist was very kind and showed us everything, and there was an option to order dinner. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good. There’s also direct access to the sea via stairs from the hotel, and it’s about a 10-minute walk to the center. Free parking right next to the hotel. A pool with sun loungers. Everything was excellent.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable just as described and presented in photos Access to the beach via elevator is an memorable experience and the view is incredible The restaurant serves really great selection of food for breakfast and dinner and wine or beers are included The stuff is amazing friendly and professional The hotel is not in the city centre and it’s actually a good thing because after a great meal you can enjoy the walk in the evening to admire Tropea’s streets

Spacious, great terasse with a splendid sea view, wonderful hosts, incredible pool, parking in front of the hotel.

Everything was great position just five minutes drive to Tropea the food was nice everything was fresh reasonably priced for drinks staff very attentive and helpful

Fabulous location, we had the best room with the most gorgeous view from the terrace. Friendly staff, good breakfast. I don’t understand what the other negative comments are about. An absolutely fantastic experience.

The beach below is excellent and also the breakfast. The hotel is 9 mins away by car from old town.

Great pool. Very clean. Ignore someone who complained on reviews about the pool. The pool is about 6 metres x 4 metres. Cleaned daily and warm.

Just about everything, the facilities, the excellent breakfast, the comfortable immaculate bedroom, the cleanliness, the professional and friendly staff, superb secure on site parking, the lovely pool area and the location which is a short walk from the centre of Tropea.

Nice apartment with stunning view. Only 5-7 min walk to center. Private parking on site. All you need to visit Tropea.

We had a lovely 4 nights at II Gallo. The views over Tropea from the apartment are amazing and it’s a beautiful short stroll into town from the apartment. Very spacious rooms, modern kitchen with all the appliances you need, great air con units in each room and smart TV’s with Netflix, Amazon prime etc built in. Not many properties in Tropea have a swimming pool so that was a nice bonus! Our host was extremely helpful and flexible with check in and check out times and provided great information and recommendations for food and drink during our stay. Private secure parking on site was ideal seeing as we are doing a road trip around Calabria & Puglia. Would highly recommend this accommodation to anybody staying in beautiful Tropea!

The property is exactly as shown in the photos. It is just a 7-minute walk from Tropea's historic centre and close to Tropea Beach. We were a family of five, and the apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The outdoor area is a plus. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace. Parking is on-site. The host, Sviatlana, was friendly and very helpful.
