You guys made our stay truly special and ensured we didn’t have a single worry. ❤️ We stayed at Tenuta Castello dell’Aquila for three nights as a couple, and it was so wonderful that I felt compelled to write this review – something I rarely do. The atmosphere of this place is something else: the historic castle full of soul and stories, the warm and welcoming community around it, the romantic and lovingly designed grounds with details in every corner. From every angle, you're greeted with breathtaking panoramic views over the Tuscan valley – and when you’re relaxing at the dreamy pool, it’s easy to forget the outside world exists. Our absolute highlight: the unforgettable dinners on the terrace at sunset. The incredible antipasti platter, the attentive and kind service, and that view – oh, that view! – made each evening magical. It’s the kind of experience that makes you want to keep this place a secret… but it's just too good not to share. One small tip: we came straight from a three-week trip with two huge suitcases, and we definitely got our workout in – as is proper in a castle with real character, there are quite a few stairs (and the views from the rooms are worth every step!). If you can, pack a smaller bag for your stay to make it easier. We will definitely be back. Thank you for this unforgettable experience. 💫

Wonderful hosts, both Giullia and her daughter were very welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic (especially the home made tart) and Gragnola is a lovely, medieval village. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

Super awesome place to be. Swimming pool, BBQ area, comfortable chairs and tables in the garden and in front of the apartment. The host is suuuuuuper helpful and accomodates your needs.

Super spacious and equipped unit, very homey and cozy. I loved the bedroom's balcony, the view was just amazing. The owner was very kind, welcoming and accommodated well our needs. The breakfast was simple, nutritious and delicious. I would definitely return, especially in the summer, it seemed to be a great place for it ;)

A great place to stay for artistic souls! The slightly bohemian apartment is furnished stylishly and with heart. Beautiful dishes, a comfortable bed, plenty of space, a pool, the possibility to sit outside, a wonderful view... what more could the soul want? Simply amazing. Thanks to the hosts!

Beautiful place in Toscany with incredible mountain view. All you can need like nice fully equipped apartment, perfect swimming pool and short drive to sea beach in Lerici and way to Cinque Terre. We stayed with two adults, two youngsters - each in their own room - and the mother-in-law for 11 nights. The house was comfortable for all of us. The hosts were amazing, friendly and accommodating. They answered all our questions and helped when needed. The pool was a great size for us all, 1,60m depth was right for us. The peace and quiet of the place was so relaxing. We would highly recommend this house. Lorenzo came every morning and evening to let the sheep in and out, he was there if we had any questions but didn't intrude or disturb. He'd check on the pool and take our rubbish away when needed.

We spent a wonderful week in Casa dell’ Orto. House is very cozy. It has everything you need for your vacation in Italy. Nice pool where to relax when you get back from sightseeing. Spacious kitchen with big table where you can eat delicious Italian food and drink superb Tuscany wine. Surroundings of the house is very quiet and picturesque and is definitely worth a short hike. The house itself is big enough to host big family like ours. We realy enjoyed our stay and we recommend you to pick Casa dell’ Orto for your stay in Italy. Ciao.

The apartment and the complex were fantastic. The pool was very nice. Everything was clean, the apartment was perfectly equipped and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend the apartment, the holiday was wonderful

The lovely host and the owner were so welcoming to us on arrival and took time to explain about the apartment and to show us around the outdoor facilities. We were also warmly welcomed by the other residents of the hamlet and we got an opportunity to taste the local food and wine. Kindly sharing tip of places to visit. You would need a car to get there and around to other places of interest. The apartment was spacious, very clean and everything inside was in good condition. The pool was spacious and the pool side view of the valley, forests and mountains was breathtaking. For us, it was a perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful of Tuscany. Even the kids loved it.

Apartment is located in old unique village. Beautiful view from the swimming pool area on mountains is breathtaking. Apartment was clean and very good equipped, there is everything what You need. Area is quite and close to nature and same it is very close to most popular places like Cinque Terre, Piza or Lukka. Very good communication with an owner, Lorenzo thank You for Your hospitality !
