The hotel has a great location and the facilities are excellent. We did not dine in the hotel but the bar is great. Breakfasts are superb. The best thing about the property is the staff - they are friendly, helpful and there are so many of them! This is a beautiful traditional hotel where service is excellent and the grandeur impressive. If you like marble and columns old fashioned luxury and to be cossetted - then this is the place for you...

Very helpful and friendly staff who provided great restaurant recommendations. Fantastic central location on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Parking on site. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Room with sea view was very spacious and comfortable.

Super adorable studio with all necessary equipment. The host, Mr Sartore, was very attentive, polite and welcoming. I really appreciated his wonderful ‘San Remo’ highlights and useful information pack/ emails, it was also a bonus that he spoke French. The location of the appartement is wonderfully convenient- 10mins walk into the centre and a lovely 30mins stroll (or option to hire bikes along the way) to the sandy beach at Tre Ponti. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I will be sure to book again upon our next return to San Remo. Merci beaucoup!

Staff in the hotel was amaizing, especially the Vladimir! All of them were ultra nice and polite all the time! Also, upon our arrival we got a sea view room upgrade for free from Vladimir. There was enough free parking during our 2 days stay in the hotel which was really helpful. There is a nice walking route to the city center from the hotel (cca 30 min walk). Overall, great service and experience!
