The staff were phenomenal, so accommodating to a large group of very tired cyclists. The location was Mount Olympus like but well worth the effort of getting up the hill for the spectacular views. Food was great and the rooms really clean and comfortable

The hotel is fantastic. The restaurant is outstanding. We booked breakfast and dinner and did not regret. The dinner is gourmet with 5-6 courses every night. The atmosphere in the restaurant is classy. The staff is very nice and friendly. They tried the accommodate and help us, as we travelled with our 4 months old son. The rooms are wooden, cosy and clean. The spa is fantastic with bio sauna, Finish sauna and steam bath.

Excellent facilities, food and staff

The location was breathtaking. One of the most beautiful places on earth. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, lots of fresh choices. The dinners were 5 star in both presentation and execution. The service and staff were amazing, special mention to Ileria at the front desk who was absolutely wonderful.

Amazing experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Good options at breakfast and they could even make cappuccino with plant milk! Didn’t have air conditioning on our room and in the summer is very hot but it was not a huge problem because the sunlight didn’t enter on the room (only on the balcony) during the day so at night could keep the door to the balcony open on the upper part to have ventilation. Good to have different color of towels on the bathroom to my partner and I, and we had a great view from our balcony. Also additional towels to go to the swimming pool. Amazing garden, with beautiful view and different kinds of seats. Good time at the swimming pool and wirlpool, all very clean. Informations about city events and even wether forecast for the week printed on the reception. They also gave us a guide paper for the nearby attractions and events, and the tickets to take bus for free. Very good location for everything, can go to anywhere interesting by walk. Enough parking place for all the cars of the guests.

Thomas was very friendly and care about everythig. Accomodation offer some books and leaflets with trips, we used it. Even we were there out of season only guests, we have perfect breakfest and whirpool. I highly recommend it.

Amazing view from the small hotel radiating family type of atmosphere, the hosts were very kind and helpful. The room was comfortable a clean. The accommodation is close to Merano.

Breakfast was great , had a lot of choices of bread, cake, musli and eggs. room was clean, big and comfortable, location is awesome.
