This place is pure magic if you are looking for a relaxed stay in Tuscany. The Service at this place is above all expectations! Not anything is impossible and they give you very good recommendations for food and wine and whatever you are looking for. we loved that we got an historical intruduction about the house, the materials and so on - this made this place even more special! the whole enviroment is super clean and comfy! we really recommend this place and would definitly come back when staying in this region again! :) in

Impecable. Gardens, views, terrific architecture. Perfect spaces.

I loved the view from breakfast, outside overlooking Tuscan hills. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean, as well as having everything we would need in them. Would 100% come again !

Everything was even much more beautiful than on the photos on the website and booking.com!)

Pool facility, how quiet it was and the wine tour that they organised for us.

Everything! Peaceful, wonderful place with the fantastic view from the room and the pool. Restaurant is delicious, as well as the staff from the reception and restaurant! Many thanks for the recommendations of Olio desert, 10/10 :)

Beautiful location. Great host. Great breakfast (and coffee).

One of the best vacation with family. Wonderful place, great hospitality, well equipped apartament with everything you need for holiday. Clean and safe swimming pool. Restauranta and shops are really close by car.

I stayed one night at Fonte del Castagno and had a great experience. Roberto, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful—he even drove me to the shop to pick up groceries. He took time to explain the history of the house, share insights about the area, and make sure I had everything I needed. Warm, intelligent conversation and genuine hospitality made the stay memorable. I’m grateful for the care and would happily come back. Five stars

The villa itself used to be the caretaker’s residence of a nearby former church (now in ruins), and it has been beautifully renovated into an accommodation property. The villa consists of two separate buildings, which makes it perfect for larger groups — you can enjoy the shared common areas together during the day, while still having your own private and cozy space at night. The surrounding countryside is picturesque, and the town of Sinalunga is within walking distance. The service was extremely modern and professional, and the team was very friendly. Alessandro, who actually lives within the same complex, was incredibly kind and polite, and even helped us in the middle of the night :)

Wonderful hosts with an authentic house (+cat and dog:)). Although we have stayed there just 1 night it was very nice.

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It's a magical place tucked away in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside. The farmhouse was immaculate, furnished with rustic style and attention to detail. The grounds were beautiful and well cared for. We didn't get to use the pool much because of the weather, but it's beautifully designed and also well maintained. Truly a special place, I would go back in a heartbeat!
