The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, overlooking green hills on one side and the Alps on the other. We truly enjoyed our stay — from the friendly and helpful staff to the diverse and elegant meals served at both breakfast and dinner. We also took advantage of the spa facilities, including the saunas and steam room, and especially loved the relaxation area, where you can gently swing in an elevated chair. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations.

It’s set a the end of the valley surrounded by magnificent peaks. It’s modern, yet traditional. The spa is very beautiful, especially the outdoor pool and sauna. There are plenty of rooms also for the children to play, independently of their age.

Dear Hotel Vigelhof, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel! Your staff's attention to detail is remarkable, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the atmosphere is wonderfully cozy. The spa facilities and breakfasts were outstanding. The outdoor pool with its perfect temperature was simply amazing. Everything was literally wow. A note about location: while the hotel sits along a road and street-facing rooms might experience some traffic noise if you're sensitive to it, the majority of rooms face the inner courtyard and mountain view, providing complete peace and quiet.

I simply can’t rate this property high enough. A family run hotel where they welcome you with open arms as if they’ve known you their whole life. From moment you walk through the door the owners take the time in chatting to you which adds a very personal touch. They even helped me by making a phone call to look for a certain item I needed in store in Bolzano. Each time I ran into a family member we ended up chatting for a bit about all sorts of things and I saw them interact like this with other patrons too so it honestly shows they care about human interaction. The property is brand new so everything is new and shiny and modern. Attention to detail such as providing ample hangers, moisturising lotion and a decent state of the art hair dryer. Location is just around the corner from the Alpe Di Suisi chairlift and about 100m from the Seceda chairlift entrance and right at the heart of Ortisei town. You cannot find a better location. Ample secure parking in the basement. I noticed they have a sauna and a gym room. Lovely breakfast served in the morning. Yoshi the Persian cat is also a highlight of the stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. A family run business with attentive staff who take pride in their work. The room was amazing with fantastic views as was then three course dinner. Well thought out menu with exceptional flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
