Stunning hotel! A true treasure on the coast of Lake Como. All aspects of the hotel epitomized luxury and comfort. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very comfortable and the view on the lake from the room balcony takes your breath away.

The MUSA Team was exceptionally welcoming! They made us feel overwhelmingly comfortable since we got to the train station in Como. They picked us up in their private transportation, and from that point on, we felt like we were in a dream. The boat ride through the lake was like out of a movie. The couples massage was also great! The experience in their restaurant ROTEO was beyond what we could have ever expected. The food was exquisite! The service and the attention to detail presented by the MUSA Team is second to none. The location was perfect! We had the middle floor and loved the balcony! The entire apartment was so comfortable. We were able to walk to the grocery store and have meals at the apartment. We loved the pool and the outdoor area! So peaceful and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. We were thankful to be able to park our car and leave it for 3 days. Bus stops and water taxis were a short walk away. You can purchase olive oil from a company across the alleyway. My friend had suggested the place and it was so close! Thanks again for a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed our visit!

Fabulous views of the lake. The staff cannot do enough to help you if you need advice about restaurants, trains, where to visit. Comfortable room with excellent shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was great, more than we could eat and they will cook eggs etc to order. Overall a fabulous stay
