Location is very peaceful on a long road from Montespertoli to Treceno with few houses, but much closer to the latter so work from there. Set back from road so look for the cypress avenue - Very Tuscan. Beautiful old family villa with Virginia creeper, and woodland behind. La signora is very welcoming and helpful - she booked me a great restaurant close by which I never would have found by myself. As the villa is quite isolated, her help was very good. She also has the most adorable dog, who likes her tummy rubbed. I only stayed overnight but this would be great base to see San Gimignano, Volterra, the wine country etc over a longer time.

Our stay was beautiful in this gorgeously restorated Tuscan house at the end of March. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and she fell in love with the place. The combined kitchen/dining/living area was restored with great taste and gives the coziest vibe, also facing a spacious terrace to enjoy on your own. Everything was super clean, and the two bathrooms are perfectly equipped and comfortable. We stayed in a kind of low season time of the year so everything was super quiet and we could only hear the birds chirp. We were welcome with the tastiest olive oil made in the area by the host. I must place a special mention to our host Francesca. I am sorry to say we definitely were demanding guests, as my family and I had quite a bunch of special needs for our stay. To say that Francesca run the extra mile for us is an understatement. She did everything in her hand to accommodate us, and she delivered way beyond her duties as a host. Francesca, thank you once again for making our stay perfect and unforgettable. We will surely try to come back in the future!

The location was amazing. Super very clean place. Very nice housts,everything we asked for -extra tovels etc.was no problem. Very nice because every appartmant has its own terrace.

Le Fonti A San Giorgio exceeded our expectations in every manner. The grape vines and olive trees, the sunset view from the ourdoor dining patio, the central location to some of the best villages in Tuscany, and especially the courtesy and attentiveness of the staff. Pamela and Goldi were always available to answer our questions and Terresa (SP) is one of the best servers I have had the pleasure of meeting. Great job ladies. Grazie mille!
