First off is the ease of getting there by bus from Narita or Haneda. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Second is the location, it is directly connected to Makuhari Messe by a walk way and short walk to a few malls and restaurants. 3rd is the hotel is clean and the facility and amenities is great. There are a few restaurants and a 24 hr Lawson’s convenience store within the hotel.

The room was comparable to a standard single room found in business hotels in Japan. The location is very convenient, being close to Mitsui Outlet and Kaihimmakuhari Station. I especially enjoyed that the hotel had an onsen (public bath), as I'm a fan of onsen. Additionally, there is an outdoor swimming pool.

Initially I booked it for 2 nights and than decided to stay another 4 nights. I booked a larger room for higher price, but received the same one. At least the view from the 25th floor was absolutely wonderful. Especially the sunsets. The hotel has absolutely everything, convenience stores, spa, public bath, swimming pool. A few steps from a very nice outlet, etc. Airport shuttle stops right in front of the hotel.
