Excellent service, and a very nice room. I felt very comfortable at the hotel and wish i could have stayed longer. The hotel onsen is also very nice.

Very kind staff, buffet was delicious and great value, 5 min walk to the main onsen downtown area, Japanese style room was spacious and quiet, onsen was great too.

We rented a cabin during our stay which was clean and the heated floors were already warmed up before we arrived. The shuttle to and from the main resort was extremely convenient and arrived upon request. The onsen is absolutely phenomenal and the breakfast was great with a lot of options. My wife is a vegetarian and we never had any problems filling our plates. The staff were very nice and accommodating and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay was exceptional. Honestly, my wife and I loved staying here and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Real japanese experience, it was very authentic, the onsen was great and the people are so nice! I couldn't believe how cheap it was for all that you can get out of it. I think it's worth to stay even if they're not as many attractions as in bigger cities. We didn't want to leave

The staff were great and it really made the different! Everyone was super friendly. We really enjoyed our visits to the bar and the bartender. He was very professional and kind. The food at the restaurants was good. We're definitely savings this place to revisit again soon!

This was the nicest hotel room we stayed in across Japan (we stayed at 6 hotels and various other apartments, homes, and condos). Everything was updated and the layout was exceptional. The staff was kind enough to facilitate getting us a tee time at the onsite golf course. It was an amazingly beautiful course.
