AustraliaThe most beautiful stay - the room was stunning, the hotel grounds are gorgeous (especially in autumn!) and they catered to our dietary requirements with a delicious vegetarian breakfast. The private onsen was such a treat too. The hotel is just a short walk to the gorgeous snow monkeys too which was so much fun. The staff are truly so welcoming. Make sure you buy a delicious, big apple from the sweet man selling fruit in the lobby some mornings!!!!!

JapanThe location of the property is convenient. they have free bus from and to Nagano station. though on our way to the hotel we have to wait in Kurohime for an hour since we arrived early.te buffet breakfast is superb too. staff friendly.
