We were stranded because of a typhoon and the staff went over and above to keep us comfortable. Unlimited coffee, free curry dinner. The laundromat on site was also welcome. Right next to ferry terminals. Excellent value

Great location. Clean rooms but fewer amenities than other hotels in Japan. Additional charge for pool but relatively cheap. Nice rooftop bar. Parking easy and well priced, lovely staff.

The hotel is located very close to the main areas. The rooms are very spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony.

Proximity to Kokusai Dori walking street. The subway station is right outside of the hotel Free food and beverage offered at the hotel’s restaurant Rooms were clean and comfortable

The location was perfect. Steps away from the main tourist/party strip. The pool and pool bar were great. All staff were pleasant, lovely, and helpful.

Great service and excellent food! The room is spacious and luxurious. Great amenities that are replaced every time they clean the room. Also very nice to be able to use the breakfast ticket for other services given by the hotel in case we missed breakfast. The brunch on the weekend is a must try too. Pool, jacuzzi and gym are also very nice and clean.

This hotel is value for money, great location, excellent facilities, convenient to many locations with a small drive and the rooms were spacious and really clean. I recommend this place if anyone is planning to visit and is hiring a car and I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Great staff, beautiful view from roof top rerrace.

Check in was easy with very friendly, attentive staff. Really loved the natural baths and all the spa amenities such as the Dyson hair dryer and the l'Occitane products in the room.

Walking distance to shopping and restaurant options.

The pool in the rooftop with the music in the background next to the bar was a beautiful treat. Next to the main street we enojoyed our first day in Naha. Suite was very comfy and the staff very kind. Hope to see you soon!

An amazing place!!!! A wonderful pool on the roof the building, with an amazing view on the two runaways of the airport!!!! I took lots of pics!!!! Lovely staff! A big room, more that the japanese standard!!!! The price is worth to be spent!!!

Private Onsen in the room, and outdoor onsen, nice breakfast buffet with good selection of Okinawa food.

Staff was extremely friendly (and spoke English!!), lounge provided everything you need (except lunch could be more then sandwich slices), Spa area was extremely nice esp sauna and Onsen Room was very spacious, with separate toilette + shower, very clean View from rooftop pool is incredible

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The breakfast was generally very good with plenty of options. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Room was big. Bathroom was big . 15 minutes by taxi to the airport paid less $ 12. 10-15 minutes walking distance to the central bus station and monorail and shopping centers. Two minutes walking distance from a super market. 5 or 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. I recommend this hotel.

This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Okinawa. The location isn’t overly remote, and the view is nice. I highly recommend it for families with kids—our bed was placed directly on the tatami floor, so the step height was minimal and we didn’t have to worry much about safety.

Great location, near a 24 hour supermarket, and a shopping mall in walking distance. There a complex sport center next to the shopping mall. The hotel is great for family travel. We have 2 adults and 2 children and book a double room. Hotel provides two additional single beds for children. It is over expectation. There is a little kitchen in the room. The room is still spacious.

10/10 lovely facilities. The premium lounge with outstanding views was legendary along side the complimentary and snacks. This stay was my favourite stay to date!
