Our first night in Sri Lanka and it was the best experience. We did a last minute booking after our flight arrived late, they came to pick us up right away and welcomed us with a cold beer, water and bananas. The room was really clean and comfortable, strong wifi and air conditioning. The manager is really kind and friendly, breakfast is delicious and they even dropped us off at the tuktuk rental place the next morning (extra charge). Our stay here was wonderful.

I stayed at Edward’s Airport Guest for one night and had a great experience. The host is incredibly nice and kind. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There’s also a pool where you can chill and relax, which is a nice bonus. The location is very convenient—only about 20 minutes from the airport. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back again.

This is the cleanest, tidiest hotel I’ve run into in Sri Lanka that is not some fancy resort type. Rooms are large and modern. Owners are quite nice and lived in Italy and speak Italian if that is helpful to anybody. Nice rooftop.

A really peaceful escape tucked into nature. Wetland Resort lives up to its name—you’re surrounded by lush greenery, birdlife, and that quiet, slow rhythm that’s getting harder to find. It’s the kind of place where you wake up to natural sounds instead of traffic. The setting is definitely the highlight, and it feels a bit removed from the busier coastal spots, which can be a plus if you’re looking to switch off. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. If you’re after something calm, close to nature, and away from the crowds, this is a solid choice.

This place is a stunning oasis. So comfortable and well designed. We couldn't stay for long which was a serious disappointment. The staff were so helpful. Even sorted out a last minute dinner for us before we had to go to the airport. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay again.

The staff here is amazing. They are extremely friendly. The chef at the hotel is very talented and welcoming. We had a few meals cooked by him. I really recommend eating at their restaurant. In addition, everything was super clean. The location is very close to the airport for a convenient transfer for your flight.
