The location was perfect. The hotel was nice and clean.
Playa privada en excelentes condiciones
The whole place is beautiful, peaceful, and seems to be recently built; sometimes you feel like you have the hotel to yourself. It has access to the beach (loved it), wellness events, and a spa for an extra fee, but it's worth it. I went there to attend the salsa fest, and let me tell you that as a solo female traveler, I felt so safe there. The staff is attentive and very warm... definitely worth every penny.
La alberca es muy agradable; hay suficiente espacio para refrescarse en las mañanas o las tardes. Le da un toque especial que sea en la azotea y se alcance a ver el mar. Buena presión en agua caliente, almohadas cómodas y en general muy buen servicio. El buffet es bastante sustancioso y hay un café de la parroqua a distancia caminable, así como farmacia, starbucks y oxxo.

We have stayed for the whole week and enjoyed every minute. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, the ceilings are high and beds super comfy. The staff is absolutely lovely and always available. Ladies at reception are so kind and helpful. We will definitely be returning in future. The sea in front of the hotel in very swimmable and water is clean. We have also enjoyed our walks on the beach. Veracruz and the resort is a treasure and hope it stays as a little secret 😁
